This place is great from customer service from William and Shida. They are always helpful and attentive. We will recommend this bank our friends and family. This bank is really neat. Very good location to go.

I stopped coming to this location for the simple fact of their customer service, I decided to come and give it another try, thinking It would be different, it was not, apparently things have not changed. My transaction was fast, but the lady seem to be uninterested on helping, more like she was forced to actually help me. I asked for a banker, she didn’t even check, she just decided to say no abruptly and interrupting me. She then asked what did I need, I was asking about a promotion I got on my email, she said oh no you’re already a customer that’s for new customers only, she didn’t even check my email or anything, so I guess now tellers have the ability to decide whether we are properly helped or not, or they decide if we can see a banker. I have never seen such a fragmented structure. As a Wells Fargo customer I am ashamed this is one of the branches of my bank

Just went to this branch for a deposit and see if i could re-order checks as the on-line system had issues. Initially 3 tellers and 2 bankers were assisting customers. I was third in line and when the person in front of me thought he was next, one teller left. At that point, there was 6 people behind me. Eight people in total. A banker also left with 2 people waiting next. It appeared the teller and banker were going on a break. That’s really good customer service-NOT!!! I didn’t want to wait to see a banker to resolve the check ordering issue.Update: One of the Bankers just called to assist with the check re-order as I mentioned the on-line system didn’t allow me to order. She put the order through in a flash. Totally amazed and very appreciative she reached out. Now that’s what I called customer service

The Arab guy who calls him self the manager it’s truly a jurkHe shook my hand and start to squeeze it hard like I’m some type of kid he want to scareI was about to open 3 accountsAnd he keep telling come back in 10 days!I explained to him it’s for the businessAnd he said he don’t care come back in 10 days….I don’t even go there to talk to himI had the n appointment with a lady thereAnyways long story shortI will never go to Wells Fargo againCaz of people like mr Arab the managerAt least that’s how he interfaces him selfWhat a shame

Bank manager was disrespectful and rude. I've kept asking for my check back, he thought it was a fraud but wasn't. He completely destroyed that check. Due to this reason he had my bank account permanently closed.

Lazy banker. I went into the branch to open a business checking. A banker Jesse Ray said he could not help me because he has a 4pm appointment (it was 3:10pm) he also said he had to take a 15 minute break. This guy made excuses instead of helping. Jesse was getting paid to do nothing until his 4pm appointment. It's evident Jesse Ray has a terrible work ethic he did not go above and beyond, he was just worried about taking a break from doing nothing.

I went to this Well's Fargo brunch for a sample bank procedure with a banker. He came to ask me what the procedure is, I told him. He said I have to sit for half an hour or make an appointment. They were not busy at all, he was rude and said I can't walk to the doctor's office and expect to be seen. He tried to justify banking dysfunction with a bad joke. I was so annoyed and left, just a waste of time.

Poor service. I asked for them to look up a monthly payment on my account for the last six months and the teller told me she could not and offered a statement. I told her I don’t need to waste paper. All I wanted to know how many payment l have made to this person in the last months. I was referred to the manager who then told me because l didn’t have an appointment I would have to wait an he. There was no one in the waiting area. They told me him l would come back in an hour. He says I would lose my space in line if I left. Wow what kind of service is this. I have been wells fargo for 8 yrs and this is the worst branch. It’s closest to me.
