He works really hard, does quality and timely work, and goes above and beyond. He is honest about minimizing costs and fixes problems excellently without a hitch. My driver side headlight went out. Replacement new headlights installed. This all went well. My car was ready for pickup in an hour. I’m very satisfied with the service with Driven Auto Care. Everything was great! They fixed my car in a timely manner with updates and clear communication, and even offered me a loaner car free of cost for the time my car was being worked on. They were extremely kind and personable, and had great service. Definitely recommend!!

Knowledgable expedient understanding and consultative. Eric and Bin knew immediately what the issue was with the 2016 528i and repairs were completed the next morning. Very fair with the cost and provided a lot of recommendations regarding the car as they were very experienced BMW professionals
