Daniela at wallbeds n more in Campbell gets A+ for her customer service. She went thru the different styles, variations, gave great insight on bedding and pillow storage and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. She mapped out for us on paper the spacing of our room size and the different wall bed configurations given we had concerns with the small room and the spacing. I highly recommend you make an appointment with Daniela if you’re shopping for a wall bed.
I’ll leave a separate review for shipping and installation when it’s been installed.

I highly recommend Campbell Wallbeds ‘N’ More! My experience there was seamless.I did my research, and decided I wanted a high quality wood Murphy Bed that would last — Not an online particle board knock-off. The showroom was great with an amazing variety and selection of top quality solid wood beds, side storage pieces, and desks made with pride in craftsmanship. Daniela, the Sales Manager, is a pleasure to work with and she knows her product inside and out.She patiently answered all my questions, and asked the right questions of me. Daniela then took me through all aspects and functionality of each mechanism and style of bed, as well as finish choices, hardware, side storage piers and mattresses. She helped me make my selection, and there was never any pressure.The delivery team was courteous and very careful in moving my new bed through the house during installation.All in all, everyone was very professional and it was an enjoyable experience from Showroom to Purchase to Delivery/Installation — They knocked it out of the park!I am a happy customer and would definitely buy from them again!Ask for Daniela – call ahead to make sure she’s available.FIVE STARS ***** !

I've been wanting to investigate a wallbed for my 2nd bedroom now office. Wallbeds and More delivered on the variety. Being able to visit the showroom in Campbell really helped to make an informed decision on style and what would fit in the room. Daniela is AWESOME! She really took the time to go through all aspects and functionality of each style of wallbed. I never felt pressure to purchase and her follow up made it an easy decision to move forward. She is GREAT!! From purchase to delivery and install my experience was seamless. The room looks great!

I purchased a wall bed 10 years ago. I had a need to get the uninstall instructions. Daniela DelValle from Customer Service Manager went out of her way to assist me in getting the information. That is customer service. BTW I would buy a bed from them again.

I have been wanting to put a wallbed in my spare bedroom for over 7 years, yet could never quite find the right time, means, or product that felt right. I knew this was going to be a long-term investment in my property and I wanted to ensure the product I chose was right for my needs.I contacted Wallbeds N More and Daniela contacted me and we scheduled an in-home visit. From the moment I began the process, I felt comfortable and reassured by her knowledge of understanding just what I was looking for. Daniela's vibrant personality made the process that much more enjoyable; I felt I was visiting with a friend! She took her time measuring the room and she discussed and answered my many questions about a variety of products. I had fully planned to interview several companies that sold wallbeds, yet after my meeting with Daniela I did not feel the need to pursue or look at other companies.My contact with Daniela continued as I was invited to come to the showroom, look at the products (live), and also was able to try out the mattresses to ensure I was getting the products I would enjoy for many years to come.I really appreciated Daniela's attention to detail, her ability to share her knowledge of your products, and to assist me in making a decision that worked for my needs, means, as well as a product I would LOVE!I couldn't be more thrilled to see this dream come to fruition! My fiancé and I did extensive research to find a wallbed that was just right for our space. When we found Wallbeds n More, we were really happy with the selection and the quality of wallbeds. Unlike competitors, there were no high-pressure sales tactics, the quality is excellent and made of solid wood, and I love that they're built locally. The store manager, Shelly, was incredibly helpful, and she answered all of my many questions. We live in a condo with a narrow hallway with a tight turn, and I was nervous the wellbed wouldn't fit through the hallway. She helped me through the process and even sent me videos of her wallbeds in her home that also has a narrow hallway and tight turns. She is very knowledgeable about all the wallbeds and is a joy to work with. The delivery and installation crew did a wonderful job installing the wallbed. We would highly recommend Wallbeds n More.

My wife and I dropped by the Campbell location this Summer looking for a Murphy/wall bed. We weren't quite sure what we wanted, but when we saw their selection in the show room we knew right away we had come to the right place. Shelly spend over 45 min with us, I recall, explaining all the different options, styles and colors of the beds. It was a truly personalized and unbiased explanation of how the beds worked; Shelly took a personal interest and made sure we picked the right bed for us. After about 3 months, the bed was custom built for us and delivered. The installation went smoothly, despite the fact that it didn't fit through our front door! The delivery/installation crew (sorry I forget their names) thought of the genius idea of bringing the bed in through a window. This worked, and before we knew it the bed was installed and now looks beautiful!. Thanks again to Shelly and Wallbeds n More for a great product and all around experience.

Shelly and Eric are both terrific! The Campbell location has a great assortment and they both provide outstanding customer service. If you're shopping for a wall bed, I strongly suggest you to make an appointment with Eric or Shelly!

As I promised to the customer service rep I just spoke with at living spaces I am here to give a horrible review for living spaces website. the pictures on the website are very mis representative of the actual items. I have to return 6 chairs that I just purchased that on the website appeared white and with no description just a picture. the items came and they are completely Gray. now I will have to pay a $65 return shipping fee. don't purchase online from living spaces. Due to these times you think they would be more understanding I let the manager know they lost my business and she literally said oh well .worst service ever.

From beginning to end, Shelly and team at Wallbeds n More answered all my questions, made lots of great suggestions and helped me pick the perfect wall bed for our gym room. Now when we don't have guests, the gym equipment can be spaciously placed in the room, and when we have guests, presto! we move the exercise equipment off to the side and pull down the wall bed. The wall bed itself is super sturdy and the pistons allow it to glide down to the floor. The Raglan Model that I selected has nice paneling which gives it a classy, stylish look. I love my new wall bed and the entire staff at Wallbeds N More! Here are pictures before (2) and after my wall bed is installed (3).
