I hardly write a bad review however this was the Worst experience I've ever had.I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years but be warn... this is NOT a Verizon store... Victra is a reseller and the kid that works there (Mitchell) will tell you anything to make the sale, including lying straight to your face.He said the phone would arrive in a week knowing that it was back ordered for three and a half weeks.How do I know he knew this?After three weeks of not receiving my phone and after talking with real Verizon management I decided to go into the store pretending to be a new customer looking for the same phone...I asked Mitchell, "If I order this phone today when can I expect it to arrive?" His answer was "next week". Lie!I asked him why then is my phone not here? - He apologized.He also said I'd get an $800 trade in with the plan he selected for me.... That's was also a lie. The trade in value for the select plan was $400.On top of all of this, Mitchell does not have great social skills or any customer service experience because of the lack of acknowledgment or eye contact when walking into the store. He was also talking with a friend on the phone and made me wait 10 minutes so he could complete his personal call.I ended up grabbing the phone and keeping my old phone for emergency backup so I gave up on getting my promised $800 reimbursement which was a lie anyway.I took a $400 loss and then had to verify with Verizon over the phone to make sure he didn't mess up my account. Mitchell also said he had to charge me a $30.00 set up fee which was also a lie. Verizon waived it.I could go on, but why?My advice? Stay clear of the store at the corner of Hamilton and Bascom - It's NOT a Verizon store... it looks like one, but it's not. Trust me.... Don't do it.After speaking to friends @The Real Verizon, the kid is just trying to sell phones even if it means being deceitful.Verizon is the best cell phone company...Victra should not be allowed to sell Verizon...

3d time I've been here during business hours, and noone is there... this time, a sign saying "out to lunch, back at 6:15" - it's 4:55... that's a long, and weirdly timed, lunch...

After a terrible experience at another Victra retailer I visited this store and had a really great professional service person who helped me with my phoneproblem quickly and professionally. Then sold me what I needed. My new go to for Verizon services. Really a good store. They care about customer service.

Michaela was great and super helpful. I came in with a broke phone and list of other issues and she was able to work to get me out the door with a phone and my business back on track.

Michaela was AMAZING!! so sweet and personable! Poor thing was the only one working but you wouldn't have been able to tell by how amazingly patient and sweet she was! I was able to get a new phone and an new Apple Watch with her help! I will definitely be coming back to this location specifically because I know I'll get the best help around!! Thank you Michaela!! You're an angel!

Mitchell was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. My recommendation goes to him for his great customer service and his friendly demeanor, and I would definitely return again.

Michaela is very helpful and knowledgeable! 100% recommend asking for her if you go to the Hamilton location. She's attentive and answers any questions you may have. We had previously gone to the location in Pruneyard and the guy was not helpful, we waited 25 minutes and left because he was too busy helping his friend.

Staff was rude, cussed, unhelpful, not wearing masks, and told me I would not be able to activate my phone anywhere. Went over to Verizon on Almaden Expressway and was helped immediately. Will never return to the one at Pruneyard.

I hate to leave a bad review but I guess I will today. I'm not sure where to start. I called this Verizon over the phone earlier this week to see if I'm eligible for a new iPhone. I believe Michalea (if this is how you spell her name) answered the phone, I asked if I'm eligible to get a new phone, she said no she can't check over the phone and has to be in the store for them to check. Later that same day, I spoke to an agent through the Verizon app, (this was over the phone) and they were able to check for me through their end that I WAS ELIGIBLE. Now leading back to 2-4 yrs ago, I was one of their regular customers that would go in to trade in my iPhone to get a new one. The guy that used to help me, I forgot his name, he over charged me and coned my mom the last time I had went to this location. After all the trade in, the activation fee & etc. my total came out to about $430, but when I went to a new location in Campbell about 2 days ago, I payed half the price of this, I payed $232 with all the trade in, activation fee, and etc. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED / OVERCHARGED / CON.
