I shipped my foreign passport for renewal yesterday. The staff was really friendly, conversational and professional. Minutes after I shipped my envelope, I realized my shipping address was wrong and hurried back, and they were able to retrieve the unshipped envelope (just before loading it to the truck!) and change the shipping address for me without additional charge. I'm really grateful!

Very shameful for usps.im here visit today 05/28/24 14:40. Lady teller said everybody’s on lunch . Wait for 30 minutes.that is not acceptable in government facilities. USPS have to take action.

Please update your hours! The USPS site says you open at 8:00 am but the door says 8:30! I only live 7 minutes away so I am now waiting 20 minutes in the lobby. At least it's nice and warm. Also, why are the free USPS boxes inside the retail windows? Annoying.

Campbell Post department does their job but all the post carriers walk across the yard to take a little shortcut and it kills the vegetation, in my opinion very unprofessional there is a sidewalk and it clear path laziness is the reason why they kill the plants.

3 weeks mail not being delivered. After 2 weeks I stopped in and no help. The third week I sent a trackable parcel only to find out address was being marked vacant. Really? Hours of stress, official documents lost, checks not received. How can this happen?

This post office is the best keep secret in the South Bay. I never have a problem with delivery, but this time I went in to pick up my mail after a vacation hold. There was no line and a postal worker met me immediately with a big smile and a welcoming demeanor. I don’t go inside often but every time I do this is the reception I receive. Friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable, easily the best P.O. experience in the South Bay!

Other locations had me worried, and this was one of the only locations with a positive review; but it was warranted.I'm a young/old man, and I have nuero problems (I have trouble writing due to M.S.), but the customer service person was super nice without me relaying all that. He helped write down all the info I needed on the box I was shipping, and in general was just really nice and patient with me.I'll definitely go there again.
