Tried to get passport service for my child. Made an appointment and was waiting there 10 mins before appointment time. Agent opens the window for passport service 10 mins after the appointment time and says we are late... I'm confused.

Passport service here is zero star. Passport agent very angry and rude doing the job, definitely NOT happy with the employer and the job. The manager is NOT happy with the job. Felt so much empathy for staff members here. There's a need for some help. Customer service training is absolutely recommended for staff.

You simply cannot explain tech to the workers here. Most of whom cannot speak plain English and yet get to work at a government location. I was sent back home after arguing for 20 min and waiting in line for another 30 min, why: Because they just don’t understand the reason drivers license are made like a card. They can be scanned to reveal your new address. What a waste of time.

Celina was extremely helpful and very patient when going over the different options for certified mail as well as telling me I didn't have to wait in line again when having to just pay.

Campbell Post department does their job but all the post carriers walk across the yard to take a little shortcut and it kills the vegetation, in my opinion very unprofessional there is a sidewalk and it clear path laziness is the reason why they kill the plants.

Known for falsely claiming a "delivery," but just missing the right mailbox. Instead of acknowledging a history of issue, Arsenio Apostol, their customer "service" lead, preceded to blame a Green Card recipient for USCIS's error, and was too busy covering his mailman to acknowledge a possible federal crime. Totally untrustworthy. They probably can't even manage to make it in the right PO Box. Documenting all misdeliveries and going straight to their postmaster from now on. OIG case is mounting, guys--time to focus on the job. Best behavior from now on.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and spacious. Also has Kiosk if you quickly want to create label. Staff patiently answered all my questions and wait for me to finish filling up the form in front of him. This is the first USPS center where I feel good on dealing with staff.

I really appreciate the fact that the postmaster Stephanie and the supervisor Carlos are willing to work with the property owners, going an extra mile, and get things done! Big THANK U to both of them!

I got lucky and was able to get an appt for Gavin. Have all of your documents ready:- form (I printed the form and hand wrote one just in case)- original birth certificate - copy of the birth certificate - copy of your license or passport (legal guardian or parent) - original license or passport - bring a photo or have them take the picture ($15 fee)- bring a checkbook or money order Pay the processing and picture fee at the front (can use debit, cash, or credit card). The passport fee needs to have a paper trail. They accept walk-ins. I overheard people stand in line at 6AM so if you are the 5th person in line, don't bother waiting. After we were called promptly a little before our appt, everything took less than 15 min. Our Disney cruise isn't until October and we technically do not need a passport going to Mexico but I want to have it handy in case we go to Vietnam. It was such a seamless process. The woman that took care of us was friendly, thorough, and easygoing. She was great! Now to wait 10-13 weeks for his passport to arrive.

I have been passing by this post office all my life every time I am in the area. Turns out this is a very good post office. I must say it's a very convenient location to do mail business if I am at the local Safeway or are driving towards the Home Depot area. I love the location because it's accessible by all forms of road transport. I have seen people take the bus here, drop off the parcels or letter than ride the bus back home. If you are dropping off letters please note that there is only one slot and two other outdoor drop locations. I don't see why this place is troublesome but I am missing out on a lot of time just because I drove the extra miles to get to my local post office. There is also a change of staff here that is a lot more friendlier than I expect. Drawback: be sure to drive carefully because this is a muddled place to drive and park.

Do not deal with them. They suck they lose your package they're not reliable it's unfortunate but it's not surprising. This is how things work. If you're in the right ZIP Code, you get better treatment it's ridiculous considering tax payers money go to such crap service.

Booked an appointment online for a passport application 3 weeks prior, had my forms all ready. Took no more than 6 mins to complete a signature and fill out a check for fees. Thank for making the process ez pz, Alana. Plenty of parking and for my afternoon appointment I didn't see too much traffic in or out.
