I had a positive experience at the bank . I visit on Saturday morning. The staff was very cooperative. Helped answer all concerns. There were about 3 people in line and the staff was doing their best. The person/customer at the last was so annoyed, which I don’t understand for what. Some people just don’t have any patience. The bank has enough parking space too.

I’ve been with us bank for almost 15 years now but I’m really fed up with a bank that doesn’t carry cash!! It’s pretty stupid, every single time I need cash I have to go to 2 to 3 branches to get 3K in cash. It’s time for a new bank!!

I am DISGUSTED by the lack of professionalism and customer service provided by U.S. bank. As a long-standing consumer, I was shocked when without any notice they closed two of my accounts! This could happen to YOU, do NOT bank with them! I have been a loyal customer, with good financial standing for many years, and have never had a problem banking with them in the past. So imagine my surprise when I discovered that two of my accounts were closed. No one can give me an explanation for why my accounts were closed. After many phones call and speaking with people in person, I have been told, district manager MS. ABRAHAMS and branch manager MS. BYRD are behind my account closure, but they have been hard to reach and dodgy on giving me an answer. I worry that there might be some kind of greater FRUAD related to these accounts and am scared of not knowing. I share this to warn others of what could happen to you, please don't make the same mistakes I did. DO NOT trust U.S. Bank. Pruneyard

Racial profiling? Or just trying to be nice? I got offended. I visited this store on May 30th 2022 at around 5pm-ish to deposit cash to my checking account. Lady wearing yellow top helped me. She entered my debit card information into US bank's computer and idk what she saw on the screen but she goes out of surprise: "Oh, India? Welcome!". I said thanks hesitantly but to be honest, I didn't like it. I am US permanent resident and been here for a very, very long time and idk just based on my name or whatever, people should refrain from saying such things especially if they're bank employees from whom utmost professionalism is expected.

Thank you, Joe, for all your help with the loan process! Having naively not started the loan process earlier, the in-house lender quoted an insane loan origination loan cost as we approach closing. With a super tight closing date, Joe was diligent in following up with all the involved parties to fly through the loan pre-approval and underwriting process. The US bank loan cost and fees are very reasonable and competitive as compared to the other lenders! I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and responsiveness. I do hope I will have the pleasure of working with you again!I also want to add that I love this branch. It’s not crowded, and the staff are friendly!

I was the only customer in the bank. 3 representatives talking to each other or busy doing something. So why couldn't someone stop and help me???

I feel sorry for the employees having to deal with clueless management. Went in a couple months ago tried to withdraw some money and they didn't want to give me a free cashiers check so asked for it in cash and didn't have enough to give me. Today I just went in and was told to hold on as they were still opening. It was after 9 and I was in the branch. No biggie, two young workers and that was it. First tells me to wait and the second calls me over after a few minutes. Try to withdraw cash again, 10 minutes later sorry sir my system is not allowing me to complete it. So I ask her to ask the other worker, she says she doesn't have cash and I need to go somewhere else. I ask for a cashiers check, can't do it. I then ask for a counter check to write myself a check to another bank account and she proceeds to tell me it will charge me 2 dollars to do so. Closing my accounts at this stodgy bank.

US Bank holds your money hostage and then charges you fees. I deposited a paycheck from a major/national bank a week and a half ago. Those funds are still not available. Called customer service who told me the funds would be available today, but guess what they're not. To make matters worse they're charging me fees because I got cash back on deposit. It's the most disorganized mess of a bank I've ever encountered. Heading up to my branch to close the account. The worst banking experience I've ever had. My daughter closed her account due to service (or lack of) - now I understand why.

Sadly, they are getting worse in every way as time goes by. They have closed so many branches it is hard to find one or an ATM in a convenient location. But the two things that have irritated me most about them have started recently... 1. their bill pay got updated and is horrendous... it makes paying bills way more cumbersome than it should be and far worse than it was prior to their "upgrade". 2. For the first time I have had to deposit a large check and over 10 days later, they still have not released the funds even though the funds were from a reputable known stable company. To me, that is playing games and is disrespectful to the relationship I have had being a customer for decades. If you write their customer service to voice concerns or complaints on such things, they just give you lip service, no results. I have recently started to seriously think of leaving because there has to be plenty of banks that provide better service than this. I am being nice not making this a 1 star review, because they easily earn that right now.

I like the people and programs in this bank. They are super friendly and a lot of good product, and I’ve been banking over 15 years. BUT, IT IS SUCKS THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN FREQUENTLY, AND NOT BACK UP ALL DAY. It’s crazy inconvenient and frustrating.

I've been with us bank for nearly two decades, but like most banks and credit unions, their service and all functionality has declined on all fronts, especialy in the last few years. The latest examples: with ~800-credit scores, I applied for overdraft protection A WEEK AGO... a simple transaction, although they were too lasy to use the info they had, and insisted on an ~1 hour application..... NO RESPONSE A WEEK LATER... today's other insult: a 24-hour-hold on a few hundred dollars check deposit ( no bounced checks in TEN++ years, and SIX FIGURES IN A BROKERAGE ACCOUNT THERE, incl 50k+ IN THE CASH ACCOUNT..... they aren't paying attention, and don't care... In the past few years, having already gotten the message, I've received mortgages, auto loans, credit cards, insurance, brokerage service, and, used bill payment services extensively at TWO OTHER BANKS I'VE BEEN WITH ONLY A FEW YEARS, but who have treated me noticably better than US BANK who I've been with nearly 20 years... I'm planning to move our brokerage account from usbank to a more-deserving bank...
