The ladies at this salon are friendly and work fast.
But even with the reference photo and being very vocal/picky about the color accuracy, I didn’t leave the salon with exactly what I wanted. They also gave me mixed responses about the pricing, resulting in confusion.
I showed them the color and design I wanted, and they told me that designs on four nails would be $15, additional to the $30 gel service. The picture has a slight gradient, but it acts as the base shade, which I assumed wouldn’t be extra, and they did not mention it. However, after I was done they asked for $65, because the “ombre” on some nails was extra. I was not aware of this before I proceeded with my choice. The lady, Tammy, cut it down to $55, but I still think I was overcharged...
My credit card was also charged twice on accident, but when I called, they said they would only credit me at the store with cash or with a salon gift card, which was not what I wanted.

My nails aren’t the easiest to work with; they are not uniform in their shape or size. I am also picky when it comes to paint. Duyen was meticulous and skillful when caring for my nails.
I had gel manicure and regular pedicure with foot massage with paragon wrap.
Highly recommend.

The meticulous care, precision, and thorough attention to every detail given to my nails at Unique Nails exceeded my expectations. I have been a dedicated client of Unique Nails for nearly 15 years. I strongly believe that customers should have the freedom to be as discerning and candid as they wish when it comes to the services they are investing in. Personally, I can be quite particular about my nails. I prefer them to be neither too short nor too long, and I have a preference for a distinct shape and length that is unique to me. I understand that as a nail technician, dealing with a demanding client can be challenging at times, which is why I deeply appreciate Tammy and her team. I have encountered many nail salons that overlook the preferences and opinions of customers. My nails look fantastic. The salon exudes a charming, pristine, and well-lit ambiance, and the staff members are exceptionally welcoming and friendly to all clients. This is why I have been a delighted client for over a decade. Their patience and dedication towards me are what truly sets them apart. I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come. Thank you, Tammy, Mai, and the Unique Nails staff, for providing such exceptional service and for always treating me feel like part of the family.

I have been coming to this nail salon for over 20 years. It is the only nail salon I will ever go to! I absolutely love and adore all of the nail techs. Every one does such an amazing job and is so talented. I always get compliments on my nails and am constantly referring people to them. They always put their clients first and make sure everyone leaves happy. The salon is super clean and follows state board laws. The atmosphere is very relaxing and feels like a spa. The owner Tammy is incredible. I have been going to her for years now and she always amazes me with her work. Sometimes I will have her surprise me with the designs for my nails and they always come out looking so good! She also does amazing holiday nail designs. Come check out unique nails and I promise you, you will love them as much as I do!

If I could give this place ZERO Stars, I would. They have the worst customer service ever. When I called as I was doing my research Tina on the phone said they would take care of me and to just come in. When I arrived there, it was completely different. They got irritated by the simplest questions I asked, and had the worst attitude and tone. Rachel who worked on my nails was the worst one, she kept yanking and pulling my cuticles, instead of cutting it off. She kept pilling up the dirty ones to the point where she could not even see the bottom ones that she needed to cut. I asked her to clean it off, so she can see better, and she got upset then continued to yank at my skin until she made me bleed. She didn't even apologize, and started putting medicine to stop the bleeding. She couldn't even take the time to tell me what medicine she applied on my cut. They started speaking their language & a lady named Tammy, came up to me to ask what had happed. She didn't even give me the chance to say anything, and started defending Rachel. She not only raised her voice at me in front of another customer, but came to me do discipline me as if I was the one who was wrong. She just escalated the situation and made things even more stressful. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with disrespect and take your money elsewhere where you can get professional customer service. I sent $55 and walked out of there with the worst treatment I could ever receive & a wound too, that I hope doesn't cause me infection as they couldn't even provide me with a band-Aid.

I have gel fills about every 3 weeks. Everyone there is very nice. I see Tina but all the techs are very good.

My mom: 'The staff is always very friendly and my services are always up to par. They always have to work longer/harder on my pedicures and they always do such a great job! 10/10 would recommend'

This place is great. The staff is very kind and welcoming, facilities are clean, and I couldn’t be happier with my nails. Tina is so sweet and she did a great job. Definitely will be back.

Thank you so much YLe, made my toenails look so much better than before, I've been getting my toenails and hands done here for many years, and this is a new girl working as a nail technician at this salon but her skills She is very good compared to the nail technician in the salon, she cuts the skin very carefully, files the shape very beautifully, she doesn't do it as fast as the nail technician here because she does it very carefully and beautifully, especially her design is very , and a super good nail technician, thank you YLe, I will definitely come back because you are there!!
