We shopped at Ulta beauty for about an hour and a half and found a dozen items that we both loved. After finding out there was a 20% off sale the next day, the checker Mia said we could hold the items and come back tomorrow to check them out. When we came back the next day we had discovered all of our items had been picked out clean by the employees on the clock even though they had been put aside and marked as items held for a customer. Very bad experience. Never going back...

I often visit Ulta beauty for the Benefits salon inside. Vanessa is the best esthetician when it comes to brows and lips. Highly recommend!

Came with my girlfriend and her mom, Im not interested in this type of stuff, but they walked out happy with the items they got, and the store was clean with friendly staff, so pretty good experience.

The blow outs are the worst!! Never coming back again. It’s so little for what u pay. No curls, just a blowDry. I have had way better experience at Dry Bar than here! Hair is not their speciality!

The store is very well organized and the staff is super helpful, specially Mia!! I needed to buy makeup items and she helped me a lot in identifying products and giving good recommendations. Her insight and suggestions were very useful for me to do the correct selections.

I wss given a $10 off coupon by a friend if I spent $40...I spent $52 & then was told the $24 bottle of Clinique cleanser did not count toward the $40...lousy policy...the sales clerk had taken my mailing address to send ads & coupons...I told her forget it, since the coupons don't apply without loopholes.

This is the first time I went to this store ( well my first experience at Ulta in general), I got to say that I enjoyed my experience. Danica was great! She accompanied me a request that usually machine can not fixed( good luck to redeem a deal that on Ulta's website with an answer machine...I don't know how that would be turn out). Another girl ( I forgot to ask for her name) also try to make great recommendations Mari was also great, she gave me the restocks of La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C Face Serum when the front stuffs was ran out. Making my trip to the store to get a gift for my mom pleasant. The main reason why I also leave a review is if all these big store gone one day. The online stuffs will probably Jack the prices up. As shoppers of both places, would like to see the workers both side got fed. Beside, does anyone want to be in their house 24/7 all the time? Btw, the receipts doesn't ask you to give a review. So, this review is entirely base on my first experience of this place on Mother's Day. ( it was not busy, so that was pleasant).

Had my hair cut by Kelly. Truthfully one of the best haircuts of my life. It's like I have new hair. Kelly is also pleasant and fun. Ii had my hair cut at another ulta location a few months ago and was still living with the less than optimal cut. Kelly asked what I wanted what my routine was and out came perfection. HIGHLY recommend!!!
