“When it comes to auto repair/service, I've never been spoken to the way Kevin did. We talked for a good 15 minutes after my car was done, and not all about my car, but about life and the value you get when you seek people who care. Let me tell you what a breath of fresh air that was. A place where I could let my guard down and cancel all my thoughts you typically go in with when it comes to car service "this person just wants to gouge me".
We spoke on the phone a week prior to him squeezing me in, to accommodate my schedule because I was coming from afar. I was there at 9am sharp and his technician Gabe was there to greet me and check me in. You can tell a lot from Gabe that he is instilled with the same values that Kevin demonstrates. They are 100% in sync which assured me even further that I was in good hands. They went over and above then what I asked at a more than fair cost and gained a lifetime customer.
If you need Toyota or Lexus car service look no further. At this point I would come from out of state to see Kevin and the team. 5 STARS - Thank you and see you guys again!”
