Our room was quite comfortable and very updated... The bathrooms provided adequate hot water and a great size shower. It would be comfortable for a person staying there for more than a few weeks at a time because the closet were adequately.Accessible. The view outside our window was too creek n a hiking trail. The location of the hotelwas extremely close to every food location and shopping centers that is needed... And the drive to other cities was within minutes... And yes, the hospitality was great from the maids, the cooks.And the front counter staff.. And yes the cookie that they provided you when you registerwas very delicious .....thank you

How do you spend multi millions on a remodel and you don’t replace a 100 pound 2010 manufactured TV???? In 2010 TVs were expensive but in 2024, this had to be the most inexpensive part of the room!Overall location is great. Service is consistently

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms were newly renovated and renovations were still being done on the first floor. Didn't hear any noise or anything from the renovations on the first floor which was nice.Rooms: Newly renovated. Full kitchen and more appliances available at front desk.Noteworthy details: Includes guest laundry and gym. No pool though.

The remodel makes everything nice and new but I couldn't open my door, I had to use my shoulder to pry open the door which was a problem since it was as a fire hazard. Then we tried sleeping on the pull out which is rock hard as a flat floor surface. I had to think to myself if anyone at corporate tried out the new furniture before buying 3 dozen of these couches? Terrible and hard, I want the old pull out couches, my kids were so sad. I don't think this will be our first choice anymore. Definitely going back to the other Marriott by the freeway. My kids said they would choose the other hotel for the pull out over free breakfast. The staff were kind and pleasant but the new pull out couches are a total fail, really terrible purchase on their part.

Horrible experience here during a power outage. Overflowing toilet with no assistance. Uncaring staff, awkward, poorly designed rooms, not a comfortable place.

Recently I have found that the online check in with electronic key has been a complete waste of time with several Marriott properties including this one. Instead of going straight to my room you have to go to the front desk and do the usual check in. Otherwise this property was delightful.Considering giving Hilton a shot in the future for remote check in on my travels.

We reserved this hotel through Hotels.com, as we do regularly, the first night, the room was unbearable! So hot just live an oven, we try to open the windows, we try to fix the air conditioner that ir wasn't working, we end up sleeping with the door open in the room, in the morning we complained to the front desk, the lady promised to move our stuff to a room with a working air conditioning, we went to urgent care for my husband, who was feeling sick after a terrible night. We came back and they didn't changed the room, offered a portable air conditioner, they told us they didn't have a room for us. We leave the hotel at 4 am! Rushing to find a doctor for my husband, he was feeling sick again, the noise for two air condition plus the heat was to much!!! We paid $368 for two horrible nights

Good customer service by Christian to change my reservation. My problem was dealing with the Marriott customer service when I called the motel which routed me to the 800 number of Marriott. Ty spun me around and told me that I had to call the hotel after getting information and did not transfer me. She also gave me 2 fax numbers to call. Towne Place had good customer service, Marriotts had BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've stayed here 3 times in 2 years. The first two times were okay. Nothing spectacular but also a clean hotel. HOWEVER, my last stay was very different; disgusting musty smell in the room, AC unit was broken, construction dumpsters outside, and the breakfast was much worse than before. Will not be staying here ever again.

One of the worst Marriott branded hotels we've ever stayed out. Service was terrible, everything worn including the carpet, furniture, and fixtures. Breakfast was ok but most mornings they were out of something. I would not recommend. Other hotels in the area in the same price point, are much better.

So I stay at Marriotts almost every week for work. This is literally the worst Marriott peppery I have ever been to. First the evening shift workers when you come in are unbelievably rude to everyone. The interior of the hotel is shabby and looks very used. Get to your room. The AC/heat does not work, there is a smell apparently in every room ( from talking with 2 other guests) I'm assuming b/c no air circulating, I changed rooms thinking it was just my first room but then others said no theirs has a smell also, the tv remote does not work nor does the buttons on the tv, so no tv available, worst sheets I've ever slept on and furniture worn and needs replacing. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. Marriott should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel.

The room is perfect for a couple. It feels a little small for a family, but the proximity to downtown and the local park makes entertainment easy for everyone. The staff is fantastic, and always happy to help. Glad we booked here.

I was there December 1 though December 4, 2022. I enjoyed my room overlooking the Los Gatos Creek Trail. The Staff were all helpful and very sweet. My room was spacious and comfortable. The Breakfast was Very Good Eggs, waffles, bagels, yogurt and Beacon \u0026 moore. Every Thing you needed to start your day. I'll be back Thank you ❤️
