I bring 2 of my cats here. They are friendly and offer affordable prices. I paid 70 for checkup and got several vaccines for 120 total including checkup and vaccines. I highly recommend this place. You can even drop off your cat in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. Soo convenient and everyone over there including the doctors are soo nice and friendly! They are very busy though so if you need to call, be prepared to be on hold for 10 mins.

I've been taking my cats here for 20+ years and the last 5 years have been horrible experiences. Not enough vets for demand. High demand seems to take a toll on the front desk staff because customer service is abysmal on a good day. Everyone is rushed, not listening. I called today to get an appointment because my cat is showing signs of withdrawl, inactivity, etc. Their own website states "see vet soon" for these indicators! "BEST" they can do is Sept 22 for a drop off appt. I'm done!

Worst Experience Ever - Terrible Front Desk Staff, No Patient CareI recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the cat hospital, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The front desk staff's behavior was beyond terrible and their lack of professionalism was shocking.Firstly, the staff at the front desk were condescending and showed absolutely no concern for the well-being of the patients. It was evident that they were more interested in exerting their authority and making people feel inferior rather than providing proper care.During my visit, I was made to wait through the entire appointment, only to be told later that I couldn't be seen. This level of disregard for patients' time and well-being is simply unacceptable. What's worse is that the staff purposefully raised their voices, ensuring that everyone in the lobby could hear the conversation. It was a clear attempt to pressure me into compromising, which only added insult to injury.Furthermore, when I politely asked to reschedule, I was met with accusations of being unreasonable. The staff whined impatiently and displayed a complete lack of empathy or understanding. It seemed as though they were more interested in exerting their power rather than providing a basic level of customer service.What shocked me the most was the apparent apathy towards the hospital itself. The front desk staff made it abundantly clear that they did not care about the hospital or its reputation. Instead, they dismissed my concerns and simply suggested that I go somewhere else. Such a dismissive attitude towards a patient's legitimate concerns is completely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect.In conclusion, my experience at the cat hospital was a complete disaster. The front desk staff's behavior was disgraceful, and their lack of care for the patients was evident throughout my visit. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hospital to look elsewhere for proper care and professionalism. This is definitely a place to avoid at all costs.

I recently had an appalling experience at the cat hospital, where I was subjected to extreme rudeness and public humiliation by the front desk staff.When I had to reschedule my appointment, the front desk staff raised her voice deliberately to ensure everyone in the lobby heard our conversation. She made me feel like I was being hysterical for a simple request. All I mentioned was that if they couldn't accommodate me, they should have informed me when I called to schedule. Her response was to start yelling, "I'm not gonna fight with you here!" and even called for the other front desk staff to chime in.As I tried to leave, the next person in line was called, and halfway through their conversation, the staff member deliberately raised her voice again for me to hear. She sarcastically exclaimed, "It's not like I'm gonna be MAD?" and both she and the other front desk staff burst into loud laughter.The treatment I received was nothing short of disgraceful. I felt humiliated and disrespected by the front desk staff's behavior. No one should have to endure such unprofessionalism and blatant mockery.In conclusion, the cat hospital's front desk staff demonstrated horrendous treatment towards me. Their rude behavior, public humiliation, and lack of basic decency were unacceptable. I strongly advise against choosing this hospital for your pet's care. Seek out a facility where you and your pet will be treated with respect and compassion.

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years with my 2 cats. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors. Plus they don’t overly markup their products or prescription cat food.

I love the cat hospital! I've taken one cat here for multiple mass removal surgeries and another cat for an emergency very recently. If my cats stay overnight I call about twice a day to see how they are doing and whoever answers the phone is always very helpful and so kind. They really care about the cats and it's very obvious. Every time I bring my kitties in they are very accommodating and staff is always easy to talk to. Even though they aren't emergency, I asked if I could bring in my kitty for something that was an emergency and they told me to bring her right in and told me she would be at the top of the priority list. Not to mention, they have really great affordable prices, unlike many other places but yet can provide the same care. I would recommend them to anyone with a kitty!

They are "exclusive", alright. Wow. After extensive wait time on the phone, SO rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Had the same experience there now twice, will not try again. Kind of sad if in 45 years you can't establish a welcoming place.

I've never written a Yelp review before but I was compelled to write one now. I'm not sure what happened to this place because I had taken my kitty here a few times before and it was fine. Now it's a complete mess. The front desk is so disorganized and crazy, and it's so hard to even talk to anyone there because you end up sitting on hold forever and nobody calls you back. The drop off procedure is stressful and not explained well. I had a very bad experience here.Long story short, my kitty had been having diarrhea and I took her to get a ultrasound and they said there was inflammation, so she needed surgery to find out if it was lymphoma or IBD. So I set up an appointment for the surgery and I had to wait 2 weeks for it. I went in and dropped her off at 8am and they said the doctor would call in the afternoon to let me know how it went. At 4PM, they called me to tell me the doctor couldn't even get to her surgery and they would try again the next day. What is the point of making appointments if they don't even honor them? It was stressful enough having to take my baby to surgery at all, and then on top of it I have to wait all day for them to call me to see if they've even made the time to do the surgery? Ridiculous. I've never had this kind of experience at any other vet in my life. I wasn't about to leave my cat there all night long, scared and wondering what's going on. So I picked her up that day, canceled my appointment, and I'm never taking her back there.
