Chris was very rude and would not present my offer to the manager. He kept talking down to me and aggressively asked for my budget aka my highest price i will pay. I called back and he hung up. I called a 3rd time and asked for another sales man and he said no one else is available and continued to "educate" me on the value of my cash offer. After several minutes he finally was willing to text the manager about the offer. ????

Highly recommended Silicon Valley Auto Source and specifically Chris. We bought a car from him sight unseen and he made the entire process (including shipping the car) painless. They also know how to handle the new and used EV tax credits and can process them as a point-of-sale discount.

Stopped in to check out a Volvo for my son, since his car was totaled.Spoke with Aaron and he really worked with us and was able to get us great financing as well .Very pleasant atmosphere worked one on one with him through the entire process .I normally stress about going shopping, but Aaron made it easy .He didn’t pressure, and he was genuinely a very helpful guy.Would definitely recommend Silicon Valley Auto Source to my friends and family and will be looking to them again when it’s time to replace my car .Thank you !

BY LAW YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY USED CAR IN FOR AN INSPECTION BY A TRUSTED MECHANIC. They told me they did a safety inspection on a car I wanted to buy. My mechanic found over $3,000. of repairs needed on a 2004 white Toyota Camry in 8/2023. Then they refused to refund my $75.00 for the inspection. If the car was in good shape I would not have minded paying & I would have bought the car.IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS REPORT THEM TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS, DMV INVESTIGATIONS, CHANNEL 7 & 11.

Purchased a used car for my son today and both guys there were amazing. Very down to earth and no pressure at all. They allowed me to take my time to look over the car with my son, showed us the inspection and vehicle history report we asked about and let me take the car to a mechanic for inspection. Everything was what I expected and I would highly recommend them. Not like any experience buying a car I've had in the past.

One of the best car shopping experiences of my life. No high pressure, everything was transparent and easy. They were friendly, fast, and thorough. Never thought i would enjoy car shopping, but i enjoyed this experience. I would highly recommend the Silicon Valley Auto Source.

Started out strong, but turned out to be the same as every lame used car seller. Overpriced cars that have questionably - i'm not kidding - ZERO maintenance records. Also the attitude they have to boot is low class, slimey.

It was a good test drive experience but their pricing is pretty unrealistic. It could work well for certain buyers if you want a specific car but to me, it was a cost vs value equation. I worked with Aaron who was pleasant for the process however when presented with Kelly Blue Book pricing and even knowing they are well above 2K over fair pricing mentioned the pricing is what it is and they are not willing to budge on pricing. They refrain from discussing reasonable prices for a car that has been on their lot for over a year... In my experience, they had a car about 20%+ over reasonable pricing and also offer non-competitive rates to couple it. Even with a cash offer, they will not come down to reasonable levels. Net is if you want a good experience and are willing to pay over fair price because you want a specific vehicle this could be the place.

What can I say about this place ? Do they have a nice variety of automobiles for sale ? The answer is YES !! Are the automobiles priced correctly ?? ABSOLUTELY NOT !! They have this Delusional Ideology that the cars they are selling are "Rare" and they are not realistic in their pricing. They INTENTIONALLY overprice EVERY vehicle 15-20% so the MISINFORMED novice car buyer thinks he/she is getting a good deal. Maybe the name of their location "Silicon Valley" says it all because they might think everyone is Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, or another Tech Billionaire. I live in Los Angeles and as a smart diligent shopper I definitely am, the 98% similar car I am looking to buy is priced almost 17% less !!!!! Also, it is sold at a dealership where we already know it's marked up. Definitely I Would NEVER recommend this place especially with smart a** salespeople.

One of the best car dealership experiences I've had so far. I was interested in the 2012 Mercedes E63 AMG which was a lovely car and very well maintained, exactly as advertised on the website. Took the car for test drives (they were kind enough to let me do that twice) and even an optional extended warranty from a reputed company (hard to find those on such cars elsewhere). Plus the car was in pristine condition, not a spot of rust or even a squeak. I even had it checked by a mechanic and he said he'd recommend the purchase. Aaron was my point of contact and I loved his no-pressure, patient, and friendly approach towards the sale opportunity. I did not end up finalizing the purchase but that is only because of personal preferences i.e. wanted ADAS features more common in newer cars. Despite that, I wanted to acknowledge a good experience when I had it because I contacted 30+ dealerships during my car search and SVAS stood out so I would definitely recommend them to others, particularly those looking for a good car-buying experience.
