Well, I did an online order and never received a response that was my order was ready for pickup. Three days later I went to the store to pick it up but no one had bothered to gather the items ordered. So I went around the store myself to locate and gather the items. One item was not found. What is the point to have online ordering if your employees are not going to be bothered to fulfill the order.

I received the best service last Saturday. I didn't catch his name but on the receipt it says Kieth. We are familiar with how to paint but not all the different types to choose from. Kieth took time to explain to us all the different finishes and helped us pick the paint to gave us the results we were looking for. He didn't try to up sale or sale us too much paint. Excellent service and for a great value. We were able to finish our project and love the results!

First time coming to this store and definitely will not be my last because of the friendly professional help I received!!!I brought in a paint chip to match a couple repair jobs on some Sheetrock at my job site, and this is literally the first time at any paint store I've ever been to, to where I got back to the job site and I didn't have to paint the whole wall as it was a perfect match Sheen and everything!!!Thank you Nataly!!! (if the name on the receipt is correct) if not thank you too the person that did help me!!!

Needed to get over 20 gallons of paint today so I stopped in to Sherwin-Williams on Campbell Ave. I was greeted immediately “even before I saw anyone” the gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and even engaged in small talk. He had my paints mixed and ready in under 10 minutes “seriously” took them out to my car and even loaded them for me without asking. Great service!! The store carries all your paint needs including airless sprayer‘s, paint brushes, tape, masking paper ext ext…

I needed to find the perfect gray paint for my new kitchen. When I went to the Campbell store I was met by the manager as soon as I walked in. He helped me distinguish between warm and cool grays. I appreciated his color experience and he helped me choose just the right color! I will go there again.
