  I have always been very doubtful whenever I see 5 star reviews of businesses, after multiple times being offered "discount" if I promise to write positive reviews on yelp/google (obviously I turned down all such offers). Now having worked with Keith on a project (close to its completion), I highly recommend Keith. He is patient, thorough, and detail-oriented. Before starting the project, he visited multiple times to make sure I had the right samples and he had all the correct measurements and so on. Due to some info uncovered at the late stage of the project, I had to change the entire order. Keith worked with me to tweak the design and update the order with great patience. Finally we encountered some critical issue after initial installation, Keith went above and beyond to find a good solution. More importantly, he never asked for a review. He is the role model that we wish every business owner is like.

  I was in dire need to replace a few kitchen cabinet hinges I've had since the 80's, and could find them NOWHERE. I was driving by Sequoia and walked in to meet Keith, the owner. While he looked in his inventory carefully for something I could use, he could not find any for me. So - he sat down at the computer and found the darn things for me on eBay! What a golden soul this person has, who wants to honestly *help*. There are also all sorts of awards up on the walls from many years of fine, award-winning work - all the way through this year. Very impressive business, all the way around. Thanks, Keith!

  Keith was one of the bright spots during our primary bathroom remodel. He was very responsive, provided excellent customer service and brought our vision to life. The L-shaped vanity with a tower that houses a TV is excellent quality. Highly recommend.

  This review is kinda different. We are in the process of remodeling our house and wanted to preserve the existing kitchen we have. Wanted to know if we can get add ons to the existing cabinets. I contacted Karman directly and Karman forwarded the request to Keith. I will not be exaggerating if I say Keith provided us the best customer support ever. I was upfront in telling him that I am just enquiring to see if we can refinish the existing and probably order add ons. Keith went ahead and found the prev order that our prev owners had placed, got the model and ordered a sample for us to test how much it was faded. Looking at the customer support, I will be shopping cabinets for rest of the house here!!(Ours is 6 yrs old cabinests, and its as good as new)

  I didn't end up going with him as the wait time was too long but Keith was so incredibly helpful in directing me to someone who could get me cabinets in time. Even though there was nothing in it for him, he took the time to give me his opinions on my choices and to get me to the right person. Fantastic service - thank you Keith!

  Keith was super helpful with my project. Even though at the end, I have to go with another vendor due to long lead time. When I first contacted Keith, he provided 2D elevations of kitchen and bathroom cabinets right away. I will definitely reach out to him when I do my Main House project in the near future.

  We found Keith here on Yelp and we 100% agree with his high reviews. He was the best vendor we have ever worked with. Easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable. He sells a high quality line of cabinets manufactured in Utah, and so far we have been very impressed with the quality. Our contractor also really enjoyed working with him, and he has since started recommending Keith to his clients. We would recommend Keith to anyone. You will be very happy with his cabinets + the time he spends to make sure everything is perfect. He came out to measure, and also came out on delivery day to ensure that everything had arrived in good condition. Thank you Keith!

  Keith is awesome and we are so glad we worked with him. Originally we were going to go with some Chinese cabinets but that fell through. When you look at it from just a cost of cabinets, you are really missing the big picture, there is so much more that goes into it.We initally paid an independent designer a lot of money to help us with the kitchen cabinet design, Keith will do this as part of his service. We would have saved this money if we just went with Keith from the get go. Any issue or question we had, Keith was super responsive and on it immediately. He helped us improve our design, do some custom work, provide advice and guidance all the way from ordering to install to post sales support. He even provided valuable input to the cabinet installer as well, not just to us. It's hard to put a price on this, but I can just say, it was worth every penny for the results. Keith has a ton of experience and has seen it all. If you have any issue, even if it's not his fault, he will not hesitate to make it right. We can attest to this first hand.We ended up getting frameless cabinets and the results are amazing. We're very happy we ended up going this route, everything is extremely high quality, from the finish of the paint, to the hardware used in construction. Even our contractor, who has done hundreds of jobs, was impressed with the quality and the results.Go with Keith, you won't be disappointed with the results, Keith will make sure of that! Service and quality like this are rare to find. Sequioa cabinet is a real gem.

  Keith was fantastic to work with. He is hardworking, ethical, cares about quality, nice, kind, and fun to partner with. We had to unfortunately fire our contractor in the middle of our kitchen remodel but Keith reached out to people he knew and trusted to do a quality job and they came to finish even though they were slammed. He always called me back promptly and if I had a concern or glitch he fixed it immediately. He made our life easier....during a tumultuous remodel. We highly recommend him and would use him again and again

  Keith's attention to customer service is beyond compare. He still follows the old style "customer first" principle, and serves every customer personally. We had the pleasure of working with him while remodeling our kitchen and Keith was there all along. We were doing the remodel as a DIY and Keith kept us going all along, and we never had to wait for his services. He is the kind of person that will come to your house on a short notice, even on a Sunday to ensure the customer receives top priority service. When a couple of cabinets did not meet our standards, Keith ensured that they were replaced promptly and fast, without any fuss. These days it is hard to find such dedicated business people who still care about customers first and not about profit-making. Everyone in our family are very thankful for his service, attitude, diligence, mild-manners, and above all reliability. Keep up the good work Keith - you are the epitome of good business.

  Nothing short of 5 starts. Keith was very helpful with the design and delivery was as promised. As with any project, ours didn't go smoothly and although our kitchen is small, Keith treated us as if we were spending million dollars with him and went out of his way to make things right. Good old honest businessman.

  We started our search for a new kitchen at a glitzy showroom. The rep gave us the pitch and said she could come out and measure up our kitchen for $150. Knowing no better, we agreed and she duly visited - and made sure to get her check before she left! A few days later we went back to the store to see the plans. They were basic and, frankly, not well thought through. The cost was substantial but, most importantly, we didn't feel that we were being listened to as customers. So, I went on to Yelp and found Sequoia Cabinets which operates out of a small office in an industrial area of Campbell. We met with Keith in his office to look at his cabinets (Cabinetry by Karman.) They were easily a match to the ones in the expensive showroom. Keith then came out to measure up our kitchen (for free) and gave us a fair quote which was considerably below the other one we had. We felt comfortable with Keith from the start--he listened to what we wanted, gave us straightforward advice and didn't try to up-sell us--in fact, the opposite, he talked us out of a couple of things that would have added unnecessary cost. Nothing was too much trouble for him. For example, we were on the fence about the door panels so he got two sample doors made so that we could see exactly what each would look like so we could decide which we wanted. Keith went back and forth with us until we were absolutely happy with the plan. His cabinets are semi-customized so they could be fitted to our exact dimensions - and to make sure that they did fit, before he placed the order, Keith came out and measured once again just to be sure. We thought that that was probably the last time we'd see him, but the day the cabinets arrived, Keith was at our house once again to make sure that everything was correctly delivered. Then he visited again while they were being installed because we were not happy with the finish on one of the drawers (he got it remade and the replacement arrived before the kitchen was finished). He then came out again when we wanted to adjust the opening of a few of the hinges and made the adjustments himself. It is difficult to imagine a better experience than ours with Keith and Sequoia Cabinets--and best of all we stayed on budget and got a kitchen we love. At every step of the way Keith was professional, courteous and just fun to be around. If we ever do another kitchen remodel we'll be on the phone to Keith in a heartbeat!

  Remodeling our kitchen after 33 years. After getting a few sticker shock cabinet bids, we found Sequoia Cabinets listed under yelp and I started reading the excellent reviews. We decided to visit his shop in Campbell. The shop was small but Keith was able to supply samples of all his products. We felt confident in Keith's expertise and knowledge. We ordered our cabinets at a substantial savings under previous bids and they are just as beautiful as the "sticker shocker" cabinets. Keith was always there through the entire process from start to finish. He came out several times at the beginning to make sure all his measurements were accurate before placing the order. He always kept us updated on the process and progress with no surprises. He made several trips from Campbell to Santa Cruz with no hesitation whatsoever. He cabinets arrived in excellent condition as he uses a moving van services to have the cabinets shipped to your home and he was there to meet the van and inspect the shipment. When the cabinets were being installed, he came out and worked with the cabinet installer to make sure everything fit according to measurements ---- my kitchen is small and every inch had to fit just right--- and it did. His measurements and calculations were spot on!! Keith is a pleasure to work with and I am so happy that we found him. His service is exceptional in every way. The cabinets turned out beautiful and it has been a pleasure you work with Keith and the products he represents. You will not be disappointed if you decide to use Sequoia Cabinet. Bob and Becky H.

  My husband and I last minute decided to remodel our kitchen. Not ever doing one before, I started going to kitchen stores to get an idea on what type of cabinets are available, pricing, etc. I found Keith on yelp and I went straight to his shop. From the moment I met Keith, he was super helpful, informative, and not pushy. He described the styles of cabinets that were available, wood finishes, paint grade finishes, how the cabinets are built. It made me confident that these cabinets would be reliable as I would be spending a lot of money on them. Keith also came to my home and took final measurements and helped me add all the "extra fancy" things that I wanted like pull out drawers, double utensil drawers. On delivery day, he also came to the house and made sure every single piece was delivered. His customer service is definitely top notch and I'm grateful I found him to get my custom cabinets. He really made the experience much easier for me. And although I did receive cheaper quotes from others, I'm glad I went with Sequoia as I value the total ease of customer experience with Keith. He's also super responsive to emails to any questions or concerns I had. My kitchen will fully be done with installation (tiling, paint) in about a week. I'll definitely be posting some pictures on here for reference! FYI - my Inset style cabinets are just so beautiful! I couldn't be happier. I would 100% recommend him to everyone! Thanks Keith!
