The supermarket chain that originally had a good impression will feel dissatisfied for the first time and ruin the good impression of Safeway.
The petite older lady I met at the checkout a few days ago wanted to confirm and inquire about the discounts on the purchased items. She just said I don't know. Her attitude was very impatient and she felt embarrassed on the spot. But the white person in front of us had a nice smile and chatted for a long time after checking out. But when she turned to face us, she had this attitude, which made her question her attitude towards different races.

They have all the things I need.
Their vegetables are always fresh and the same for their fruits. The staff are always helpful.

This Safeway very clean and shelves organized and well stocked however on a sunday afternoon when the store is really busy they only had two clerks working on the checkout lines and the lines were really really long and a long wait

Big store, great selection, helpful staff, but understaffed at the front of the store. I was in line at the only open checkout. The checker was trying to help a customer get the app to work. She called for a backup. The Assistant Manager lady came out from her lair, clearly not happy to be called. She said not one word to me, THREW my groceries down the belt as I bagged them, and punctured my bread bag with her long ugly fake nail! Which I did not discover until I got home. I will never go back to that store. (I'm sure you remember doing that, Assistant Manager.)

This one is star is for the miserable jerk who works at the Starbucks his customer service is completely atrocious He's so lazy and uncapable not to mention rude.Truley I pity him he's so unhappy yet he's remains odOther than that this is regular Safeway I often order ahead it's always a smooth process everyone is great. So happy there is a Starbucks drive thru right down the street.
