Many shoppers frequent the store for its friendly atmosphere and supportive team, who are always ready to assist. However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the removal of hand baskets from the entrances, as well as the continuous ads played in-store. Despite these issues, positive experiences are highlighted, particularly the excellent customer service provided by staff members like Greg Silva in the Drive Up and Go Department and Chris, who helped a customer recover lost items. The store also shows care for its employees, evidenced by the installation of a chair for staff monitoring the self-checkout area. As with all other Safeways in California; this one has the best deals as well. The store is clean, the prices are reasonable (with the only issue being how expensive the Bay Area is), and the staff are nice and sem-professional. One of my favorite go-to grocery franchises
