I have been a client of Dr Reed's for over 25 years. I have always been satisfied with Dr Reed and other vets' services at his practice. All the vets were kind and thorough in their examinations and explanations of the issues that my cats had.

Dr. Rivera and the entire team at Reed really show care and attention for our dogs. We take our dogs to a local vet in Morgan Hill, but have actually been going out of our way to Campbell because we value the opinion and time that Dr. Rivera gives us! I appreciate the team for not trying to sell us on all products and medications, but tries to look at different options before resulting into purchasing more items.
We are forever grateful for finding Reed Animal Hospital! The care and compassion that the staff has for our pets

Dr. Johnson is amazing! I had some pressing questions about returning to CA from out of the country and she quickly and thoroughly answered my questions and concerns. I’ve always had the best experience at the Campbell location! Wish we were moving back to the area so we could go there again.

I just took my 13 year old Chihuahua to Reed for the first time. He saw Dr. Johnson. I had such an amazing experience. Front desk and vet tech were super friendly. My dog is very timid and doesn't do great at the vet, Dr. Johnson and team were so patient with my dog, they were thorough, and very knowledgeable. I feel very confident with my dog in their care!

My dog is extremely scared to go to the vet so much so that she needed to be heavily medicated. I had an appointment booked with the Campbell location. I gave my dog medication as prescribed in preparation for the appointment. I arrived to find that the Campbell location had not communicated to the Saratoga location that I had an appointment. I was told that we could be seen but they had no estimate as to when. I didn't know if the appointment would happen before the medication wore off or not. Which gave me no choice but to cancel the appointment. Which means that I medicated my dog and drove out the other location for nothing. I will find another vet. If you are looking for a vet, I would NOT recommend this one as it seems they already have their hands too full to treat the patients they already have.

IF THEY CAN'T BE TRUST TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS THEN DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PET'S HEALTH My dog is extremely scared to go to the vet so much so that she needs to be heavily medicated. I had an appointment booked with the Campbell location. They contacted me about three or four days before the appointment to say that my appointment had to be moved to the Saratoga location because the doctor called out or something. I gave my dog the medication as prescribed in preparation for the appointment. I arrived to find that the Campbell location had not communicated to the Saratoga location that I had an appointment. I was told that we could be seen, but they had no estimate as to when. I didn't know if the appointment would happen before the medication was worn off or not. Which gave me no choice but to cancel the appointment. This means that I medicated my dog and drove out the other location for nothing. I will find another vet. If you are looking for a vet, I would NOT recommend this one as it seems they already have their hands too full to treat the patients they already have.

Reed animal hospital is always my go to vet. They treated my senior cats when she got into emergencies twice. I also take my cat for annual physical check. I have recommended their business to my friends who own 3 cats and they come to Reed every time needed

We were made to wait 47 min and when we asked how long it'll take they were curt and very rude saying they had a lot of patients. This was Dr Reed himself. We had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Will never go back

Great place with caring people. It's crowded and small but the staff are all nice. They take care of you in a personal manner. The front desk staff are half new so it's best to double check everything. But the Vet's are top notch.

I can't say enough positive things about our continued experiences with Reed Animal Hospital, Campbell. In eleven years, we have had nothing but exceptional service and care. From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear they truly care about our furry family members. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything so that it is easy to understand. They answer all our questions and address our concerns with patience and compassion. It is clear they have a genuine love for animals, and that puts our mind at ease. As is often is the case, we had to balance care with anticipated outcome, and the doctors always provide a range of solutions and make sure we were comfortable with our choices. The clinic itself is always clean and well-maintained. Even during the dog flu epidemic of 2018 and Covid, the staff and facility were always meticulously maintained for the safety of the patients and their humans. They have the latest equipment and technology, which gives us confidence that our dogs will receive the best possible care. But what truly sets this hospital apart is the level of care and attention they give to each individual pet. They took the time to get to know our dogs, their history, and their unique needs. It's clear that they view each animal as a beloved member of the family. Overall, our experience with Reed Animal Hospital is exceptional, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of quality veterinary care. Our dog is healthy and happy, and we have this wonderful clinic to thank for that.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here!I would highly recommend Dr. Reed and his clinic, especially for anyone with a cat who gets anxious about vet visits! The clinic itself is kept very clean and orderly. Everyone I have encountered at the Campbell location thus far has been professional and very kind.Dr. Reed himself is an exceptional, experienced vet who knows exactly how to work with nervous pets. He was able to conduct a full check up in a very calming, methodical and relaxed nature that allowed for a surprisingly pleasant appointment for my cat.

Wonderfully kind and compassionate staff. This review is intended for those who consider their pets as a part of their family. We will continue care for our animals for as long as their quality of life remains positive. Yesterday we arrived at our appointment with Dr. Johnson fully prepared to put our sweet girl, Honey, to sleep. Emily was incredibly kind while discussing after-death options. Dr. Johnson examined our senior girl and offered to run some lab tests and monitor her overnight before we made this final decision. Guess what? Our girl came home this afternoon with some new medications to provide pain relief and a special diet to help with her kidney function. For now, we are collectively doing our best to make Honey's time remaining on Earth as comfortable as possible. Everyone at Reed Animal Hospital works hard to ensure you and your pet have a superb experience. Highly recommend them!

I took my puppy for a neuter surgery eventually on 8/7, after they rescheduled it 3 times. I was told that his platelets count were low and that the Vet would call me to advise of the next steps.I waited for 10 days before making a follow up call. I was told the Vet was at another location, but they would follow up and get me an update. But - nothing. I called again on 8/20, the Sunday, since I was told that the Vet would be in the office. Again, same promise, same result - no calls. I followed up 4 more times over the next 2 weeks with exactly the same promise and same end result. No calls from the Vet or anyone in the office.I called them on the morning of 9/5 and asked them to send my pet's blood report. They apologized about the delay in getting back (which was now at 4+ weeks) and said the Vet would call back and that they would email me the blood report asap.I didn't get the blood report back until the evening, so I followed up again. The response - "we're a busy office and don't get to emails quickly". Well, I was waiting for a month, so not exactly quickly is what I was asking for.In the end, I took my Puppy to another Vet, who gave the pre-op appointment the same day and scheduled the surgery for the next day after I told them about the delays at Reed Hospital.Truly the worst experience you can have as a pet owner.

I am very disappointed that this vet could not help my dog. He is a bulldog that was very itchy paws we had the idea that it could be a fungus and we took him here because of all the great reviews . They kept telling us it was allergies but they wouldn’t tell us what caused it.And prescribed us some antibiotics to see how he reacted but it didn’t do anything at all. At first we thought it just needed time since the change isn’t right away but it never worked. We told them what else we could do but they just told us “he has allergies “ and gave us the same the same thing and even changed his food kinda like a diet but no progress, it seemed as it was worsening with the course of time. We were like this for about 8 months, so we eventually changed to another vet to see if my dog can get better. And just know I am writing this so you guys don’t waste your money on something that has no use in your pets health and possibly worsen your best friend’s health.
