We were able to live in the home comfortably while going through the selling process. Debbie even added her own special touches like pillows and plants which gave the house a great look. Both inside and out, our home was staged nicely by the final touches Debbie put in place.

Debbie gave us a blank calendar on the 1st day we met to discuss the transaction and we filled it in together with a timeline for everything from inspections to the day the house would go on the market to when she would host open house and we would book showings. This kept us all on track and with Debbie’s excellent follow up skills, we never missed a beat.

Our home sold in 15 days and we couldn’t be happier. Debbie even gave us a voucher for U-Haul to help us move out!
