I made an appointment for my sons car. He and his buddy installed this amazing roof rack on his Crosstrek a year ago. The fit and finish was great but the car ended up with rattles and leaked when it rained or if he got the car washed... The professionals at Rack n Road skillfully removed my sons rack-install, assessed what was going on and properly reinstalled his roof rack. The job was quicker than estimated and beautifully done! No more rattles, the headliner looks amazing and no more leaks!! Highly recommend this place for anyone with roof rack needs! Excellent job!!

This is the third time I have used them to install roof racks and trailer hitches. I’m a beekeeper and move High boxes that are very heavy so I need everything to be super tight and super strong. They never let me down no leaks no rattles no loose fittings, they always do the job quickly and professionally. When I have needed advice, they always gave me straight answers that didn’t try to sell me the most expensive stuff. I’m very happy and I’ll come back.

They go above and beyond to help! I have an old car, but they put a basket, racks and go box And water and storage containers. Looks so much better than I thought it was going to. They really worked great at making my concept come true.

The Rack N Road team was super friendly, and got me outfitted with a rack for our camper. There were some specific parameters unique to our set up that they were able to find a solution for, and they even came in under our budget, which is always an unexpected/nice surprise.
The install was super fast, and the staff had great recommendations on places for us to hang in the area while we waited.
Excited to put our rack to good use!!!

Staffs are friendly and constantly communicate about part available and appointment. Check-in and installation was quick. My old bike racks fits well with the newly installed hitch. Good experience overall.
