Brought in my JZX100 Chaser to Josh/Race Factory to get some routine maintenance done after getting several referrals from friends and other shops in the Bay Area. Josh has to be one of the most helpful and humble shop owners I've dealt with in years! Not only is he knowledgable but despite my numerous (borderline annoying) questions, he always maintained a nonjudgemental attitude and never hesitated to answer any and all my questions. He also proactively gave me a few pointers about maintaining an imported JDM vehicle, which I really appreciated given its my first imported car. Josh really seems to go out of his way to knowledge share, which I find is pretty rare nowadays when dealing with most performance shops and is something that as a car enthusiast I really value.At no point did I ever feel like I was being judged for my lack of knowledge. Everyone at the shop gave off super friendly vibes and they always seem to have some cool cars getting worked on. Needless to say I'll be back and I'm super happy to have found a performance shop in the South Bay that I feel like I can trust.

There is no secret of how much I enjoy being around the people at Race Factory. Josh, shop owner and master mechanic working on my R34, is a wonderful person to get to know and he's filled with passion and knowledge. I couldn't ask for a better home shop and team to work on my car and I am very much looking forward to the future of their business and our relationship! The car is only at its initial phase right now and I already made plans to come back to get more work done on the car in the coming months.If you have a JDM, European, or anything exotic that needs true expertise and quality commitment, don't go anywhere else. Come to race factory, they'll take good care of you!

Bay Area E36 Gurus! I had my clutch done here at a fair price, and I was texted with updates along the way. Evan and Josh were very professional in recommendations on what I needed and didn't. They did not pressure the customer at all, and were willing to go the extra mile to get it done same day. They are extremely knowledgeable on 90's-00's BMW's, but I'm sure they can fix whatever project you're working on. Custom racecar work, to stock servicing - they can do it.
