We bought our first house through Vicky and had a great experience. Vicky was recommended to us by a couple of friends who also had amazing experience with her in the past buying their first house. She was very patient with all our questions as first time buyers and always took out time to understand all our needs for the house. We liked that she was always honest about her opinion about a house and its price point.At every house we saw together, she pointed out all the things that are good or bad about it and things that we should pay attention too. If it wasn't for her great network we wouldn't have found a beautiful house in this competitive market. She was very quick to act on an off market house for us that she found through her network and ensured that we get the house by staying in touch with the seller's agent.Apart from a great realtor, Vicky is also a great person and we are so glad to have met her. We bought our second home through Vicky, and it was as smooth and stress free as the first one. Vicky made sure that we got a house that we’d happy with, keeping our best interests in mind throughout the process. Vicky Le of Province is informative, well-connected, and effective - I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor in this area.My partner and I were a pair of first time home buyers who first contacted Vicky late May this past year in order to start house hunting in the South Bay area. We were looking to work with a realtor who had years of familiarity navigating this competitive market and would advocate for us. Her name had been passed along as a recommendation from a fellow colleague. During our first call, we had a discussion with Vicky on the details which were important to us in looking for a home and Vicky shared her suggestions and knowledge of the market and local popular areas which were within our price range.Over the next month, we explored homes in the areas of our interest and she helped to guide and narrow our search until finally putting in the offer which was accepted. Vicky was able to better identify and pinpoint sets of homes on the market that matched the features we were looking for in our search. Throughout this process, she was excellent to work with and always responsive guiding us through the stages of what could have been otherwise a challenging and unfamiliar ordeal.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor in our journey of buying the first house. Vicky started as our realtor, but ended up being a very good friend whose sole intention was to make sure that we get a house that we'd be happy with. I can say this without any doubt that Vicky's main intention throughout the process was to keep our best in mind, no matter what.Vicky has enormous knowledge in all the areas - neighborhoods, schools, structural issues in the house, pros/cons from a re-sale perspective, etc. Whenever we used to visit a house with Vicky, she would point out many things that we never looked at. We had seen houses with 2-3 more realtors before Vicky and none of them was as knowledgable as Vicky. She also made sure to be available for viewing the house with us any time.Knowledge aside, the best part of Vicky was that she did not think of just closing any house for us and move on. She actually wanted to make sure that we end up getting a house that we would be happy in. There were two houses that we liked but couldn't decide. We went with one of them and made an offer. Vicky negotiated very well and got us the house at our offered price. However, while signing, we got a gut feeling that we like the second house more and told this to Vicky. She went out of her way to apologize to the seller of the first house even though she had negotiated with them and then worked equally hard for the second house and got us what we liked.There were also a few houses that we liked but we were overlooking other factors. Vicky always made us aware of those gotchas (for ex - house being close to a freeway, etc.) and advised against putting an offer even when she knew it would have been easier for her to close on those houses and move on.We were lucky to have Vicky as our realtor and we would strongly strongly advise anyone to work with her. We sold one home and bought two homes with Vicky. Vicky is very accurate in her estimation about the buying and selling price of a house. Her vast knowledge about different kind of scenarios we come across buying and selling a house helped us a lot in making the right decision quickly. Vicky Le is a great real estate professional. She is very conscientious when handling real estate transaction of my rental.She had a good plan to push the house into the market, to help me coordinating with my tenant in order to have the house vacant and available for potential buyers' onsite visits. What a good strategist she is!Her Province Real Estate also offers sending a notary to our home.We are able to close the escrow in less than a month.
