We found Debbie Marino of Properties in Silicon Valley to be very thorough in breaking down all the requirements of the sellers obligation. She walked us through step by step, answered all of our questions and gave us the level of comfort needed throughout the selling process. We found Debbie to be trustworthy, knowledgeable and very committed to us as her clients.
Some key areas that we felt Debbie excelled in was her knowledge of the market and experience in preparing/staging our home for sale.
Debbie conducted a full market analysis early in the process and again at various steps within the process as she verified any potential market changes. Debbie created a real estate proposal complete with breakdown of our homes statistics and the history of neighboring sales for comparison, schools, community demographics and more were included.
Debbie also created a state of the art website with links to our 3-D home presentation, open house dates, flyer/brochure, photography, videography and drone aerial view, all of which were accessible from the website that Debbie created for us. Post cards were sent out to a wide radius of neighboring homes marketing our home for sale as well. Marketing at it’s best which ultimately was the driving factor that brought us a buyer for our home.
Staging was another area that we felt was essential in getting right and Debbie went the extra mile to stage our home properly. We were able to live in the home comfortably while going through the selling process. Debbie even added her own special touches like pillows and plants which gave the house a great look. Both inside and out, our home was staged nicely by the final touches Debbie put in place.
Debbie gave us a blank calendar on the 1st day we met to discuss the transaction and we filled it in together with a timeline for everything from inspections to the day the house would go on the market to when she would host open house and we would book showings. This kept us all on track and with Debbie’s excellent follow up skills, we never missed a beat.
Our home sold in 15 days and we couldn’t be happier. Debbie even gave us a voucher for U-Haul to help us move out!
Lastly, Debbie Introduced everyone on her team that we would be working with so that we knew who to safely provide information to. We were given each persons contact info so that we would know who to expect communication from. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful in the process which made our transaction move smoothly all the way to the day we closed on the sale.
I recommend Debbie Marino of Properties in Silicon Valley to anyone interested in selling their home because she is fully committed and will be by your side throughout the entire experience making sure that you understand every step within the process for a successful sale.

Debbie found my fiancé and I the perfect home! She listened to our needs and was very proactive, attentive and worked tirelessly to find us the right place. When we got the keys, she surprised us with a welcome basket, champagne and took us shopping for new exterior door handles (who knew they were so expensive?!) so we could change the locks. She truly cares and we are so thankful that we had her help.

Our first time home buying experience was a great one, thanks to Debbie Marino from Properties in Silicon Valley.
She is honest, prompt, professional, straight to the point and a pleasure to work with. No questions left unanswered and no stones left unturned. There was never that feeling of being trapped in shark infested waters.
She was truly looking out for our best interests and made sure we didn't venture out of our comfort zone. From the offer to closing she was enthusiastically with us every step of the way. The whole process was a breeze. Wouldn't have had it any other way.
Because of Debbie's sincerity and hard work, our dreams became reality.

Debbie was my listing agent for a home in Salinas. Before the sale, she got the landscape watered, places some flowers, and cleaned up the front flower beds and yard, none of which I had time to do.
She handled the first set of interested parties and when those offers fell through, got a second set of people to look through the home. All total we had 16 offers and I sold the house for almost $50k over list price!
Since I know nothing about how to do this, she guided me through all the steps, including what to sign for whom and when, and how I should get paid.
The process was simple for me because of Debbie's help, and I appreciated it greatly.
I would highly recommend Debbie at Properties In Silicon Valley because she made things simple for me, explains everything and even pitches in when needed to get things done.

You couldn't ask for better service by going with Debbie, we were insecure when buying our first home in 2015 Debbie took control and handled everything we were unsure of , she proofread all the paperwork and papers we had to sign from the seller. She made the process so smooth and easy for us. We will always recommend her and will use her if needed in the future .

I’m writing this review on behalf of my best friends Chris and Marci C. as they are still mourning the loss of their dearly departed mother and father.
I feel that Debbie deserves to be recognized for her very capable ability to get the job done.
In all my years seeing my own customers pass over and watching their families deal with realtors to sell the family homes Debbie goes way beyond any realtor I have ever seen!
She gets down and dirty to make your home more appealing to the potential buyers.
I watched her replace the baseboards herself as in tools in hand!
She muscled a safe out of the closet to get ready for new carpet
She also made sure the painters and plumbers did their jobs to perfection.
I was hands on as I was to clean the home once all the repairs were done.
Other realtors simply waited for the home to be ready to go on the market.
Debbie deserves to be recognized and thanked for the amazing job she did for the family
If ever I was to sell my home I would hire Debbie to be my realtor and I will for future be passing her on to anyone I know to sell their house for them.

My husband and I used Debbie Marino at Properties In Silicon Valley to sell our home in Campbell and she was outstanding! Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on the investment they put forth in selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Debbie at Properties in Silicon Valley stood out as the best Campbell had to offer because Debbie lives and works within the city, showing us she had plenty of knowledge regarding the area, she offers several free services, and the extreme marketing she does with her listings. We spoke with Debbie Marino and then met with her at our home. She spent the necessary time answering our questions and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located near downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Debbie made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should), like help us with staging, purchasing the home inspection for us, having professional photographs and video taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing, we were blown away! Debbie's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market at 1% over asking price. We accepted and Debbie walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I recommend Debbie Marino at Properties in Silicon Valley to everyone I know. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice lady. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.

Love working with Debbie. She finds properties for me to fix up quickly, then sells them for me. Very professional and easy to work with. Does all the hard work finding properties for the right price in the right neighborhood, keeping contractors profit in mind. Would recommend.
