I brought my car in for an alignment after adding a new suspension. Tightened everything except for bottom of rear shocks. When I asked if they tighten them the tech said yes but I inspected them at home and they weren't done. Not sure why he lied. Very dishonest.

This is an over due review. I was going to see how my car drive after the alignment from this place. It drives great. I will never go back to those life alignment Wheel Works shop any more. They are simply marketing slogan about life time alignment. The tech from Wheel works told me. We don't offer camber adjustment. We got too many cars today..... Rick and Debbie at Pro Alignment are the sunshine after I been to Wheel Works. They are very professional. Very friendly family owned business. They proud of their work and cares about your cars like it is their own. I will bring all my cars to Pro Alignment and Brake. And saying life time Bye Bye to Wheel Works.

Took my car into Rick and Debbie with a high speed wobble. Rick found a multitude of things between struts and steering components and axles. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and got it back to me and the car drives like a brand new car!

They should get 0 stars, these people are a joke. They love to tout being a family run business to stir up business, but they don't even do the work correctly. They already charge more than most places to do an alignment, and they don't even do it right. I've brought 2 different vehicles here for alignment and both tracked the same before and after. He even leaves it out of tolerance and says it's fine. I bought a used car and brought it here a week after buying it that was pulling hard to the right for alignment. They claimed that it was aligned and that it needed tire rotation to track correctly and I drove away and it was exactly the same as when I brought it to them. I took it to the dealership and they said it was fine, just needed aligned. Left the dealer and it drove perfectly. "Pro Alignment?" More like pro rip off artists. Stay away, they are incompetent or just lazy and/or malicious. Believe the other negative reviewers here, they are telling you the truth.

Ruined my 2021 4Runner , all left side scratched from front to back . Picked it up by end of day right before they closed. Wasn't able to speak with them same day because had closed when I returned same day. Vehicle was top shape when given to them, returned to me damaged

I took my van in for a oil change and service. They provided excellent service! They are a friendly, family owned company that does quality work. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

My car needed an alignment..it had been a minute and I'm so happy that I found Pro Alignment to check out my car. My steering and handling noticeably improved. They even checked my brakes and said my car was in good shape! I would highly recommend this shop!

Honestly, warm and honest people. I could tell just over the phone that this was a small family run business. Debbie was honest and kind. I initially made an appointment and had to move it due to having to be in office since the power went out at my home. I called to attempt to reschedule and I really appreciated that she understood and didn't take it as any imposition at all. Car drives smooth and straight. Highly recommended.

Debbie is great. I called for an appointment and she was able to schedule me the same day. In and out in about 30 minutes for wheel alignment. Was pleased with the work and so brought the other car in as well. Debbie gave me a discount on both cars. Happy to support our local businesses!

Had an issue with tire wear on my van because of an alignment issue. Found pro alignment online and they were close to me so decided to give them a call. Debbie was super nice on the phone and answered all my questions, got me on the schedule for a couple days later. She quoted me a rough estimate on the phone which was totally fine with me and to my surprise it was even cheaper than I was quoted once all the work was done. They did a great job on the van, Rick really knows his stuff! Drives straight as an arrow now. Will definitely go back to them in the future, it's always good to support local small business thx guys!
