Man oh man, the service this body shop provides is exceptional !! The estimator, Jesse was very good at communicating what was needed to be done on my vehicle to have it back on the road. I brought it by for a fender replacement and they also mentioned that my headlight bracket was damaged upon impact. Thank you guys !

I walked in and got a quote within minutes for my bumper and was able to book a repair appointment shortly after. I am super satisfied with the work and turn around time. I'd highly recommend to anyone in the Campbell area. 10/10!

Great results, friendly customer service, visits were short and sweet. Both my drop-off and pickup appointments couldn't have lasted more than 20 minutes, with paperwork signing included. My drop-off appointment consisted of a brief estimate, followed by one of the technicians dropping me back off at my house. I was very happy with the results. My repairs consisted of a replaced bumper and fender which they had to paint, as well as some internal work. Everything was done well - the car looks pretty much brand new, and they cleaned the interior and exterior. Prestige is easily #1 in the Campbell area. Highly recommend.

I was directed to Prestige through my insurance after my catalytic converter was stolen from my Prius. From my first phone call to picking up my car they were friendly, knowledgeable and organized. My car was completed way ahead of schedule, and they made the entire process from start to finish incredibly easy. They were highly Covid conscious which was very important to me, and helped me feel safe through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Prestige to anyone needing body or repair work.

Someone scraped the side of my car in our carport from front fender to back fender. I was horrified when I tried to wipe the line the paint seemed scratched to. My deductible is quite high and the wait time for an agent was horrible. I decided to find a shop. The owner here was amazing - helpful - professional. He said he could most likely get it back to new without filing a claim - well under my deductible. The car came out spotless - they even washed and vacuumed as a bonus. Thanks Prestige Auto Body! The quote was right to the penny and the timing as to how long it would take was also perfectly quoted.

Someone took something and scraped the entire length of my car fender to fender. I was horrified nonetheless. When I called insurance I realized my deductible is quite high and the wait to get an agent scheduled horrendous. I called Roger and he had me come in same day. He looked at it and said he felt he'd be able to fix it for much less than my deductible. I was able to bring it in the very next day and his crew did an awesome job - his quote was spot on, and the timing was perfect. They even vacuumed out my car! I was really happy.

My car was smashed by another driver whom was texting at the time. It was a beautiful, black, 2016 Honda Civic that I had bought brand new. Roger and his crew managed to have it looking like it came off the showroom floor! I was stunned and very appreciated their time and work they put in. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Anyone who reads this, promise me not to come to this place if it's going to be your first time and know nothing about here. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SCAMMERS AND THEY WILL CHARGE THE SH*T OUT OF YOU. THEY JUST TRY THEIR BEST TO LET YOU PAY MORE. If you don't know cars well, never come here. Otherwise, you will literally pay for your choice. I just want every customer to be happy and make a better choice, not like me made such a stupid choice just looking at how many stars this place has!

Don't go here at all if you pay for any part of your own service. When you drop off your vehicle you can choose when/how to receive updates. I opted to check "as needed". To be clear my vehicle was keyed so completely drive able. There was a delay from my insurance company of almost 4 days to do a reassessment. Rather than notify me that they wouldn't be able to begin work for almost a full week, they found this to be "not needed info" I spoke to Dan the lead about this stating "My car was drive able and there was no reason I didn't get a call to avoid unnecessary rental charges I pay out of pocket for" He responded with "yea you're probably right but its too late now" I asked what they were going to do on their end to compensate me for the additional $120.00 I would now need to pay enterprise. Dan stated "Comping things for other peoples mistakes is not how we make money". (after he openly admitted the receptionist should have provided me the option.) I am DISGUSTED with this place. I've asked to speak to the manager, no one will call me back. The appraiser for my insurance company is now involved and the agency I use has put this business on the DO NOT USE list. I will be returning to my original shop for any future repairs regardless of the preference of my insurance company.

I would 100% come here again. They went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and I felt that I was treated more than fairly the entire time. Background: a small window on my vehicle was broken as part of a break in. The part is on national backorder and would've taken at least a month to get in. I worked with Roger directly, and he always greeted me with a smile when I came in. During the process, he went above in beyond to locate the part I needed even though it wasn't readily available from the standard shop. We ended up sourcing a used part, but he took care of the whole process and called me for confirmation. I always felt like he was in control and knew what he was doing. When I came to pick up my car, I saw that it was parked out front waiting for me and was even freshly washed! Left with a great feeling; I don't usually post reviews but it was such a nice experience that I felt compelled to share my experience.

My car was involved in a rear-end collision and the person causing the accident is insured through State Farm, which Prestige Auto Body is on their preferred list. Hoping to simplify things by taking my car there, which is pretty close to my home, rather than to other State Farm preferred shops further away. I show up on a weekend afternoon and the parking lot is jam packed with cars. The shop is located in a strip center with other automotive repair facilities with each having no place to park. I ended up parking about a block away on a side street to Winchester Blvd. I waited in the office for a good 10 minutes and could not get anyone to help. There were guys working on vehicles but no one staffing the office. So I left and came back the next day in the morning hoping for better success. When I arrived the next morning I was greeted by the owner, Frank Martinez, and he looked over my car and said they are booked out approximately a month. He said come back on that date and they can start working on my car. Fast forward a month later and I drop off my car and the person helping in the office has no record of my appointment. I was able to leave the car which was ready in about a week. Prestige did a decent job, but could see where they masked the rear quarter panels from the bumper that was replaced and painted.
