We all dread that first dent in a new car, especially when it's an expensive electric model. After several shops turned down the job, Victor at Prestige stepped up without hesitation. They handled all the insurance questions and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. I was kept updated every few days, and my car was restored to its pristine condition in less than a week. The excellent service and friendly staff made a tough situation feel like it never happened. I highly recommend Prestige for their outstanding work!

My car was side-swiped while parked and has damage along the entire side of the car. I was beyond upset at what happened to my beautiful car. Prestige gave me a loaner car which I was very grateful for. I’m a teacher and I needed to get to work and I only have one car. Prestige restored my car like new. It turned out great. I could not be happier with the outcome.

I've been bringing my cars here and those I've rear-ended for over ten years. I have always received impeccable customer service and work. This time around I had an issue with someone at the front desk. He was rude and communicated poorly. I was worried that this was not the same excellent shop I had experienced many times before. After driving to the shop 3x to pick up my car and getting the run around from this kid, I finally spoke with Laura who is so sweet and the owner, Art. Art apologized and displayed that excellent customer service I am use to. He and Laura restored my faith in the shop and will continue to have me as a loyal customer. The work that was done is flawless.

I went in after an accident and Jorge took very good care of my car and I. Everything from scheduling an appointment, to getting my car back was seamless. I was able to bring my car in for an estimate and drop it off the same day which was convenient. Jorge then dropped me off at home at no expense and showed that he was capable of driving a manual car nice and smooth, which made me feel safe because my car is manual. The estimate, and eventually the total cost was reasonable, and if you go through insurance then you don't have to worry about that anyways. On top of this Jorge sent me updates on how the job was going and made sure I knew I was in good hands. To my surprise what I thought would take a lot longer only took a week for Jorge and the workers at prestige auto body to complete. This shop here is legit, you could walk in knowing nothing about cars and they will treat you right and get your car looking brand new. Thank you Jorge and everyone else for the help and making an unfortunate situation feel like no problem at all.

Recently I needed autobody work done on my Chevy Tahoe. My son had had a great experience at Prestige, so I decided to give them a try! Not only were they able to accommodate my need for a rush job, but the quality of the work was amazing! Jesus was so helpful, and I could not be happier with the results and the fair price! I highly recommend Prestige Auto Body!

When my car needed body work, I chose this body shop. The gentleman at the reception gave a very realistic time frame by which my car would get ready. All my replaced parts were OEM. I hope I dont need another work at a car body shop for a long time but if I ever do I would recommend this business in a heartbeat

I been bring my vehicles here for repair or even just to get work done and the shop takes pride in their work as well as great customer service to the people i appreciate the owner for instilling a great moral with his team it shows through the work as well as the service.

This is a pre-work review. 4.5 rounded up. The people have all been friendly, communication has been pretty good and it was easy dropping off my car for repairs. The lost half star is for the absolute clusterfluff that is the parking lot. There are half a dozen auto work places sharing it and there is NO ROOM, not even to stop and talk to someone. If you stop, you're going to be blocking the tiny lane. Driving around it is discomfiting because it's so freaking tight. I don't see how they could improve it, honestly, but it's something to keep in mind.

I had a great experience with Prestige. We were rear ended in a hit and run. Very frustrating. I was able to drive over for an estimate and get on their schedule a few days later. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Our car was repaired on time. On top of that, they were very friendly and open. The kicker is they that cleaned the car exterior and interior, even taking care of cleaning up messes my kids have left. Top notch - 100% recommended!

Brought my car in for a repair after being rear-ended. I’m very pleased with the result as they got it done in four days, and it was waiting for me when I came to pick it up, washed, waxed, and looking brand new :) the job was simpler than others, but the atmosphere gave me the sense that the staff were a good team, knowledgeable, and pro at car repair. Although the receptionist tasks took a back seat to their car work, I found no huge issues. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim
