My doctor put in the order for my pills over 2 hours ago. I waited two hours specially so they would be ready when I got here but when I show up they still haven't filled them yet and I have to wait. Honestly cant recall the last time I had a good experience here. Last time they weren't able to fully fill my prescription even though I gave several days notice and specifically stated I need ALL of them as I am going on a trip for several weeks, I show up and they only have a few days worth for me. This place is a disaster.

Actually it was nice visit. Everyone was supportive and polite. I also saw a nice doctor. Visit still was a bit longer to what I expected and it was a bit too cold for me in location, but that's minor difficulties. Design of the building cheers up. I'll keep you posted if something change!

Closed early today because of power outages :( I know this issue isn’t preventable but it would be super awesome if Kaiser had a notification system for this so people don’t drive super far before being rerouted somewhere else. Generally, though, have had okay experiences here but generally don’t like the check in line and then get in another line when prescription is ready process. Why not do call numbers and call out a number when it’s your turn?

Wow! I was blown away today by service at Kaiser Campbell Pharmacy. I called to get a prescription that was delayed due to power outage last week and not optimistic I'd be able to get it before I travel overseas in two days. Richard took my call and said he'd do his best to get it by Thursday, which is all the info he could provide. I know that the medication takes a minimum of 3 days to arrive at the pharmacy after being ordered and often up to a week. He called me back about 20 minutes later saying he found the medication and I could come pick it up right then. Incredible! Richard is a superstar hero.I got to the pharmacy an hour later and -- no surprise -- there's a line of over 10 people waiting to pick up. But, instead of the usual one person very slowly helping customers, there were three staff members fulfilling prescriptions so the line moved very fast. This is a huge change from the past couple years where the same selection of slow unhelpful staff take their time helping customers and the lines at Campbell pharmacy moved very slowly. I don't know what happened but this change is very welcome and much appreciated.

This Kaiser pharmacy has gone down hill the customer service is terrible ! I come here because it’s closer to my job… the last twoMonths the line is out the door my medication is never ready after standing in line for 30 minutes I’m made to do it again… Tran is very rude told me to get out of the way when I was trying to ask her a question and it was my turn…. I pick up the same pain medication every 4 weeks there is absolutely NO reason what so ever it should not be ready all other medications are ready except for my pain pills. It’s not like I can be without out them I will get sick. I’m very unhappy with how I was treated here today!

Terrible service, understaffed, they don't answer their phones, they make mistakes when refilling medication, they tell you the wrong information, waited 2 hrs until someone finally decided to tell me they didn't have my medication. Kaiser quality is just absolute trash so it's to be expected.

I have to pickup my meds here because they're not covered at other pharmacies such as CVS and Walgreens. I came there yesterday thinking the place would be open til 6:30p, they were already closed at 5:30p. It looks like they have shorten their business hours (for worse) while Google Maps indicates 8:30a - 6:30p (I went ahead and submitted the correction to Google). Cheez, you're a pharmacy and not a corporate office that operates on standard office hours and are closed on the weekends. The lines are long at the window. That means you should expand business hours instead of shortening.
