I take my 5 doggies here to get bathe every time. I also buy some of their food here also, they have great quality of food and toys for my doggies. I like that they keep their dog wash station very neat and clean. I would like yo add that they need to service their blow dryer because it needs to come out hot air instead of cold, and some of the spray gun leak when you have it shut off. Other than that this place is nice. And doggies love it!

I took my dog to get a bath: they had towels, soap and even treats but if your dog needs a shampoo brush like mine does you should bring it, also bring a brush for afterwards. There were plenty of sinks/bath stations. The workers were helpful. I purchased puppy food and the associate seemed knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and visit again

Love this place. Love the dog drive thru wash... it's getting a bit pricy though and I have a super hairy dog that never gets dry

Did the pickup ordering. I have to say I won't order from this store again. I get asking for ID to protect the customer in order to get your bag off the shelf but don't treat the customer like they did something wrong bc they don't have their ID. I had my phone with the order number, THAT should be good enough.

This company has a very poor education about organic food and it's importance in a puppies diet. We are now making our puppies food. But at least they had some pig ears. Got some of them.

Wowser! I've always liked this place, both for shopping and DIY dog baths, but after a total fiasco this evening (capping off what was already a Terrible Tuesday for me), I'm never going back!I always start my AireGirl's bath with option #2--the eucalyptus shampoo, and then soon move on to rinsing that out and using her medicated shampoo for the serious scrubbing. But there wasn't any eucalyptus shampoo coming out of the hose on tub #1. So, the attending staffer moved me to another tub. She tried it first--the shampoo was coming out. But soon after I started, same story--no eucalyptus shampoo, plus the nozzle's "shower" setting wasn't working. For tub #3, I requested the lower-walled one, which had been vacated while we were rotating through the first two failing tubs. The staff had to clean it first so my poor sopping wet AireGirl was shivering as we stood and waited. Well! The staff wouldn't even let us try tub #3--they couldn't get any eucalyptus shampoo out of it either! But they had tub #4 filled with suds of the eucalyptus shampoo, overly filled really. Not a problem though, 'cuz the shampoo soon quit running even in tub #4, which rinsed all those wasted eucalyptus suds down the drain. After reporting and demoing the same problem with tub #4, I gave up on "pre-washing" my dog with eucalyptus shampoo and just moved on to my own medicated shampoo without any further issues. But as I said to one of the managers: Wouldn't it be better to TEST the various options on each tub throughout the day instead of leaving it to customers to find problems? Four tubs for one bath?!?!?

This is a big store but it's not always stocked well. The bath station soap doesn't work. You have to get little cups of soap. Aprons are also covered in dog hair and you're expected to clean up after yourself. The Steven's Creek store is better but it tends to get crowded in the bath area

Pet Food Express is a fantastic pet store with probably the best customer service in the world...not to sound dramatic, but I genuinely think that other businesses need to study PFE's customer service model because they've captured something really amazing in their stores. The Campbell location is my favorite store. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient with my unruly puppy. They always remember the names of their dog regulars and give out treats. Gabby deserves special mention because I think my puppy Milo is in love with her. All of PFE's products are high quality and safe, and PFE is a wonderful partner in the community because of all the supplies, space, and labor they donate to local animal rescue groups.

Awesome self serve grooming spot, I Bring my English bulldog here about once a month to give himA bath, smooth every time . Staff is awesome and very helpful . Only reason it's a one star less is the pushy sales pitch to donate for a shelter. Every time it's the same speech. "Filling up the food bank for cats" I get it it's their requirement from the business itself . But sometimes we just want to go in , wash the pup and move on . Not feel awkward when we don't want to give a donation. Yes a lot of people may say "just say no" and move on . But it's the principal behind it.
