Kevin, this happened on 11/25 in AM in Campbell. So bummed because I've been here multiple times and had good experiences. I will try to swing by so you can take a look

Just gave my car some love at Pacific Hand Car Wash, and here's the lowdownSo, this was the inaugural car wash for my baby, and it was pretty clean overall - just needed that exterior shine. Rolled up to Pacific Hand Car Wash, and let me tell you, $90 for a hand wash raised my eyebrows a bit (and that's before throwing in a tip). But hey, I figured why not treat the car, right? They had a whole squad of about five or six guys working on one car at a time, which, to be fair, sped things up. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, even on Black Friday - a win in my book. Now, the real MVP of this whole experience was Louie, the parrot. This sweet little feathered fella was hanging out, loving all the attention, and he made the whole price tag worth it. Seriously, Louie loves his head scratches, and he's the cutest distraction while you wait.No complaints about the job they did - the car's gleaming, and they paid attention to the details. But that price stings a bit. Would I go back? Probably not. But hey, at least Louie made it an entertaining pit stop lol

This is the second time I've taken my car to Pacific Hand Car Wash and they don't disappoint. For the lowest way including inside it is $60. People are friendly and service is nice. My cat is scratch free and looks brand new. Having a toddler, I had some stickers in the rear window and asked if they would take them off. They sure did a good job and took them off. Back trunk was cleaned and the inside smelled nice. Will definitely bring my car again.

Just came back from my first car wash at this place and I'm not impressed. $90 for a Tesla Model Y. I waited for an hour. They did clean the car but they didn't do a thorough job and for $90, you would think they would try harder. See photos of some of the disappointment. One of the windows was also still wet and I wiped it down myself, so i didn't take a photo. Some debris still on the car that I scratched off (not too big a deal for me), but the trim is really disappointing.Update: Dropped another star because of the stain they made in the interior. I also noticed they didn't clean the center console, which only really needed a vacuum to it.

Excellent car wash. I've been to both locations and they have treated my car with care. The hours are great, the staff is friendly, and the service is spectacular. Come early because it's most always packed :)

I always loved this location and the one in San Jose. For years, it was the only place I took my car. Sadly, I won't be bringing my car back. Recently, I brought my car in 4 weeks after an expensive ceramic coating at another detailer. I did not ask for it, but Pacific put wax on top of the ceramic. Huge detailer mistake. Had to take the car back to the other detailer to have the ceramic stripped and redone. If you've done ceramic, you know the high-cost.

We just moved to the neighborhood so we were looking for a new place to wash our vehicles. We decided to try Pacific Hand Car Wash because of the reviews and the close proximity to our home. However we were very disappointed in the entire experience. 1) When I arrived, I asked how much it would be for a Super Deluxe Detail Wash for my Tesla Model Y and was told it would be $210. Then I asked how much was a Deluxe Detail Wash and was told it would be $100. I opted for the latter. The base price for the each was $150 and $60 respectively. After providing my keys, I realized that there was some inconsistency in the upcharge for the larger vehicle. For the Super Deluxe, it was being considered an "Oversized SUV" with a $60 upcharge, while for the Deluxe, it was being considered as "Large SUV" with a $40 upcharge. While reviewing this Yelp page, there is a response to a question by Kyle T, the business owner a year ago that the Tesla Model Y was considered a "Midsize SUV", so either the Tesla Model Y has suddenly gotten bigger in the last year or there is some overall inconsistency in how vehicle sizes are considered. 2) For a $100 detail wash, you would expect some baseline minimum level of attention to detail would be provided. But when I received my vehicle, I found still wet water drip marks around the tail lights and mirrors. I also found bugs still on my windshield and front bumper. I would consider this experience a decent $50 wash, but for the value and the condition my car was provided, and the inconsistent pricing, I feel like I was taken for a ride. It was a quick turn around in under an hour, but I would have rather they do a good job on my vehicle than doing it fast. Because of this negative experience, I will not be returning. I would rather make the longer drive up the AJ's and know my vehicle will come back great.

If you want the very best for your car, take it to Pacific Hand Car Wash. They’ll make it look as good as new!My wife and I have black cars which show every speck of dirt, so getting them squeaky clean isn’t easy. We’ve been going to Pacific Hand Car Wash in Campbell for a basic “Detail Wash” regularly for years, Their hard-working crew have always done an outstanding job. They take at least half an hour vacuuming, washing, rinsing, and drying everything by hand, with meticulous attention to detail. Spending $70 for a car wash ($60 plus a 15% tip) may sound outrageous, but I don’t mind paying a premium price for high quality service, especially when I know that the work is fully guaranteed.Pacific Hand Car Wash is a small, independent businesses, owned and operated by the Tang family. You’ll usually find Kevin Tang behind the register at the Campbell location (the other is in San Jose). His black-and-white cat can sometimes be coaxed to sit on your lap which makes the long wait a bit more tolerable. Ditto for the talking parrot.I highly recommend Pacific Hand Car Wash!

I purchased my Tesla in 2015, and washed it myself the first few times. My local car wash was brushless, but automatic and not a good choice for my new car. I planned to go to one of the Classic Car Wash locations near by, but a friend recommended Pacific Hand Car Wash. I have been taking my Model S there ever since. They always do an amazing job with exceptional attention to detail. I am finally writing this review because I took my much too dirty car in on 7/24 Monday morning, and the crew did the most amazing job inside and out. It looks like a new car. Really, the most fantastic job. I really appreciate their hard work. It takes awhile to make a car look that good, so you have to be patient....but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Their detailing is first class also. Highly recommend!!

As always washing my cars here is great! For years I been dealing with those guys and they are always keeping me happy! The value for price is absolutely perfect! The only thing I would say is the timeline for doing the job but hi, you have to wait for the good things!Thank you Kevin and the team for great work!

TLDR; for the wait and the $90 you may find similar quality elsewhereThe looks great from afar, but like most things the devil is in the details. We went on an extensive road trip (~1200 miles) and the amount of bug on the car was impressive. The wait was around 2 hours, so make sure you budget the time needed for this. One tip if you have a Tesla is bring your key (credit card shaped) with you, that way you don't have to leave your phone.Again, people will see my car and see it as shiny. But I'll know there were some spots missed. Not ideal, but it happens. It's a car, it's going to get dirty again. Will I be coming back? Maybe just for deep cleaning, etc.Service: Vacuuming

I usually go to AJs but they were closed on Sunday, so decided to try this place. I like to get hand washes because my black car shows swirls easily. Never had swirls until I took it to this shop. Workers and staff are great but for the money I expected a better wash. Looks like I went through a drive through wash.

My car has a ceramic coating, so I only ever get it hand washed. My car's exterior hadn't been properly cleaned in what seemed like ages (at least 6mo-8mo). Only gently wiped to get pollen or dust off. So, at this point, it was caked with bugs. Dropped my car off around 9:30am, left and after 2hrs or so (the estimated timeframe they gave me), it was ready. Pretty simple and came out quite good considering how dirty it was!
