Do not come here if you are not a regular customer, they do not listen to what you want, they just want you to pick a picture and that’s it, they don’t care about what’s in your interest. They don’t care about new people coming in cause they like the thinning , just a taper type of haircut. They are stuck in their routine and if they have their regulars waiting they prioritize them and give you a ridiculous wait time. I asked for a really short cut from 12 inches of hair to 2 inches on top and 1in on the bottom. “Only Scissors” brings out the clips and starts a taper…. What!!?!?!then leaves 5 inches ton top to show the mistake she made by clipping the bottom of my hair. I didn’t understand until it was too late I thought she was just gonna cut the long part to get it shorter then finish it with scissors. She was fixated on her regular and there hairstyle that she continued that hairstyle with me.. 2 regular customers had the same cut … should have been a red flag for me. Feel free to read the rest of the details in the info section. If you are new beware, yeah it’s cheap $15 but I would now spend a little extra to get what I asked for.
Requested style: Just want 2 inches on the top and 1 inch on the sides, only use scizzors. From long to short..Clips the bottom to give me a taper…. What ?!!? And the. leaves 5 inches of my hair on top to pull it back to hide the mistake she made and I tell her to cut it 2 inches on top and she says no cause using scissors takes too long… and left 5 inches cause first she said, “that hairstyle looks better for you” and continues to taper. I pulled out of my chair to explain what the situation is and she just didnt want to do it, cause it takes time. That’s why she prefers the clips. I kept leaning forward every time she brought out clips and I told her not to… she said it’s just to blend it in.. blend what if I don’t have a taper oh that’s right she doesn’t listen or want to listen… new customers beware
Specialties: No specialty, just point at a picture and good luck. You want pink hair, they will give you green “ cause it looks better on you” after they know that messed up. You say you want 8 inches cut from your hair, they will cut 2 inches and keep telling you shorter ?? Shorter ?? Shorter ??
Hair type: I had long hair, past the shoulders.
Stylist: Didn’t get the names but the Prada glasses worker, she does not do what you ask. You say just use scizzors, she clips you. You say you dont like a fade she gives you a fade. She points at pictures and you don’t want that. She does it anyways cause she said that looks good for you . 1) don’t care what you think, 2) if I ask for 2 inches on top and 1 inch on the bottom… I don’t expect a 5 inches to be left on top and a 1/2 inch at the very bottom with a taper!! And she after the mistake with the taper ,trying to pull my hair back to hide the mistake. “Oooh a month later it will grow back. That’s her response. She listened to her regulars before she cut my hair and doesn’t listen to how I want my hair …

I went for a pedicure, I have a problem with ingrown nails and I told them about it. First of all, water was ICE COLD. They said that at the morning is always cold, I had to ask them in the middle of pedicure to add warm water because I was freezing and the salon doors were open. The lady didn’t know how to deal with ingrown nails even though I asked her several times does she know go to do it. When I was getting angry and wanted to stop the service because she clearly didn’t listen to me and was trying to do it badly she called other woman and she cut my nails. At one point it smelled like rotten eggs in the salon, they put the tools on the floor and when I asked them to use some disinfectant on my toe they said it’s not necessary. I’ve been using them for a long time. I like Ivy a lot she does a good job with the haircuts . They offer more services but I just go for the haircut . Good price but I only use Ivy and am not familiar with the others .

Ask for Anh! She is the best! Patient, attentive, professional, and does exceptional work. My haircut was perfect, and the pedicure without reproach. Great attention to detail. She knows how to build clientele and keep them.
