Natalie was fantastic! I highly recommend her to anyone in the Bay Area looking to close on a property. She was very responsive to my emails and phone calls at various hours. 5 stars all the way For Natalie. My wife and I just completed the process of purchasing our first home together, and whew, we could not have done it without Natalie's guidance. In the beginning we were sure if we could even do this, but Natalie helped us understand that we could and how. Throughout the entire process we never felt like we were in the dark about anything, she was constantly keeping us informed and updated on it all. Natalie Ventimiglia is absolutely amazing! I was referred to her by a close friend. I needed to refi my mortgage, I reached out to her and she jumped right into action, not only was the process easy but she was extremely knowledgeable, she saved me a significant amount in loan and closing costs, also a fantastic new interest rate! Natalie loves her job and in shows in her work ethic. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new loan or refi. They make it so easy, they have a secure web portal where all necessary documents can be uploaded, I never even stepped foot in her office, everything was done via the web and email.
