Quick service, no fuss, friendly experience.
Way cheaper than going to the dealership.
The team was amazing to work with - answering all of my questions about maintenance schedule, explaining and recommending only the required services, instead of trying to make quick buck with unnecessary ones.

I used to go to Mazda service center for all my services and as my vehicles got older (10+ years), I wasn't able to understand why they would recommend a particular part change or service which lead me to look for an auto shop that takes good care of Mazdas.
I was referred to Mr Mazda by a friend and this is my second year servicing with them and they were able to explain things in the way that one without knowledge of a car can understand and provide recommendation and let us choose instead of forcing you to do a particular service.
I will definitely return to them for my routine check up/ services.

Pat and the team are awesome. No charges for quick fixes or when unable to duplicate the problem. They defy the stereotype of mechanics who are trying to looking to charge you for something inappropriately. I’ve been going to Mr Mazda with my Miata for almost 20 years and they continue to reward my trust. Thanks team!

Took my car to Mr. Mazda for my 60k service and they did not disappoint. Pat was very friendly. I told them in addition to the 60k service I wanted them to give me a estimate for a windshield washer reservoir replacement since I thought mine was cracked. While the car was being serviced pat called me and told me what needed to be replaced in addition to fixing the reservoir which was estimated to cost $570. I told them I would pass on that. When I went to pick up the car they ended up fixing the windshield washer reservoir for me at no cost since they noticed a hole in one of the lines. They did a great job on my cx5. If I have any issues in the future I will definitely go back.

Highly recommend. Brought in my mazda 3, which is my first car, and this was my first ever maintenance.
Patrick is fantastic at customer service, and the entire process was seamless. He walks you through step by step, and does a great job building trust and rapport.
The mechanics clearly know what they're doing. Prices are good. If you own a Mazda, you're in good hands here.
