So my car got side swiped in a parking lot at a bar and we came to Mikes Auto Body. Lee was at the front. Ok long ñh service skills and professionalism Mike Auto Body employees. Now, due to the fact that car parts were taking extremely long to deliver, it would be a month or 2 before my car would be fixed. But the final result was as flawless. The staff there really know my how to make a people feel confident in their choice with Mike Auto Body. Thank you Lee for everything !

I was hit in a mall parking lot and upon recommendation by my brother, took it to Mike's Auto Body. Although this body shop was not on my insurance company's preferred list, they worked seamlessly with my insurance company to make sure that my car was taken care of in a timely, thorough and professional manner. Norma (one of the owners - with her husband Rey) gave me frequent updates, keeping me apprised of the availability of the OEM parts that were ordered to repair my car, as well as the progress. I picked my car up today and I am beyond delighted. The quality of their work is impeccable. Upon finishing with the repairs, they did a beautiful detailing on the car, making it look as though I had just driven it off the lot! I can't recommend this shop more highly. And when you go, please give Blue The Cat, a little scratch between the ears for me *Please note the before and after pictures!

They are simply the best! The work is flawless, and Norma and her husband are so considerate. In general, Mike's Auto Body is an amazing business! Have been going there for any of my needs for thirty years and have never been disappointed! Great service!

I've brought my last four cars here to repair dings and scratches. Norma is great and Rey and his crew do beautiful work! I followed them from the old Railroad location. Two of the nice people that you'll ever meet!

I've had the worst luck with my vehicle(s) the past few months. In October someone side swiped me on the left where my baby was, thank God she's ok. In November a rock went up into my radiator, blew the engine and totaled my car. And just this past week someone broke into my new 2022 Toyota Highlander! Each time I've taken my vehicles to Mike's Autobody. Norma always goes above and beyond to ensure parts are ordered right away, communication with my insurance is at the top of her list, and she always keeps me updated with the progress of my car(s). They always get the job done within 1-2 weeks and do such a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this business for any work that needs to be done. They are trustworthy and help you as much as they can!

I had a great experience working with Mike’s Auto Shop. The guy who hit my had an insurance that was so hard to work with but Norma took care of everything! She made it work as my work schedule was so busy, arranged the tow truck to pick up car. My car looks amazing very very satisfied!! I appreciate all the updates via email and text. I really valued that one on one interaction I had. When I went to go pick up my car it was nicely washed Inside and out. By far the best experience ever!!

The side of my Jeep was severely dented due to a parking garage incident. This was my first major dent and as a college student I was worried this was going to be a difficult process. I've had poor experiences calling other auto body/mechanic businesses before and the staff over the phone always just seemed super annoyed or not engaged during the phone call. But my experience at this shop was very refreshing. Norma was incredibly informative and great at communicating what needed to be done to my Jeep and the timeframe. She walked me through the process, and made everything as efficient as possible. Kind staff here and amazing work ethic!

Norma and Ray were extremely personable and friendly. I was referred to them by a friend and I chose them over my old body shop because of the awesome interactions with them. The repair work to my '07 Honda Ridgeline was done very well and I'm very happy with the overall experience. They are now my go-to auto body shop.

A few weeks ago, my 2015 Mazda3 Hatchback was hit in a parking lot, and I went to five different auto body repair shops and was given five different quotes ranging from $2200 to $6500, but Norma was the only one to tell me honestly and in great detail exactly what needed to be done to fix my car at a great middle price of just over $4000. She was incredibly accommodating and never hesitated to pick up the phone when we anxiously called to ask about the progress on the car. The end product is simply stunning, and I could not have asked for better results. Not only did she go above and beyond in ensuring the delivery of quality work in a reasonable time frame, but she also had my tow hook cover painted as a courtesy since its paint started flaking. All in all, there's a reason Mike's Auto Body shop is a well-known name in Campbell, and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who needs car work done.
