I've been here twice and he never fails to disappoint me. He's really honest and kind, which is rare nowadays. I came in to see if my Coach bracelet can get a lobster claw instead of its original way of closing it, and he did just that. Now im able to wear my bracelet without checking/ readjusting my bracelet every second. His prices are fair also ! I only paid $40 for my services

I have a necklace that my husband bought for me with three hearts linked together that represented for us, the relationship we have together and with our daughter. I was so sad when I wore my necklace to the Hot Springs and realized that it had become tarnished. I brought my necklace in to Michael and he was so kind to re plated it for me. The necklace looked as good as new, clean, shiny and gold again, he was so nice and his wife was as well. I highly recommend this business if you need any repairs for jewelry that is sentimental.

Whos Michael? I think this shop has been bought out. I went for some watch batt replacements. The problem is hes too hard to understand and makes it harder when your wearing 3 masks on your face. I have numerous watches that need replacemtns from gshock to military style watches rhat take 2 batts and does not have skillset to change Batteries. Dont even try taking a smart watch there.. He does not have all Batts either.If you have an a standard no function watch the perhaps its ok.

Michael is a nice guy. He tried to get some custom work done for me but he was too busy. I will try later this year to see if can accomplish what I want done. I recommend him just be a little patient😊

I walked into the place looking for an engagement ring, and it looks like the store was closing down. I was declined service I am the store owner had no interest in even speaking with me. Worst experience at a jewelry store ever.

I had a great experience working with him, his quality of work is noteworthy. All you need from a jewelry is honesty and dedication, and you will find both.
