I wouldn't recommend this place to any seeking real mental health services. To me it was a joke, they rush you back to work even though you are not mentally ready. I spoke with them about getting medication for an urgent matter, spoke with a manager a week ago and still have not gotten any follow up about the issue. I feel like unless you are going to commit suicide it is the only way they will really intervene. I am not suicidal so it seems to not really be a priority. I am a nurse and this is not a good experience all around I feel like I'm just a guinea pig trying different meds until one happens to work. This is not okay and I will continue to advocate so this is not the case for other. So I changed my review from a 1 to 4. Following this post I was contacted by a manager here Mikayla, she referred me to another provider Renatta who is excellent and rectified the situation. So far everything is going well.

Absolutely awful and unprofessional establishment. Connor with billing verbally berated me because of an insurance issue on their end. They then withheld prescribing essential medications because of an insurance issue. Every time I call I am placed on hold for inordinate amounts of time and treated without care or urgency. Completely unprofessional people who do not care about you or your wellbeing.

The services provided here are very good. Dr Castelli is top-notch & if you ever have any type of billing issues because those never happen with insurance companies Connor is extremely helpful and efficient.

I’ve been coming here and seeing Christina Fernandez for the past couplemonths for ketamine treatments and my experience has been great! She’s organized, reliable, and makes me feel comfortable and at ease being there.

A caring and professional office, offering zoom appointments if needed. Staff communicates well. We forgot my son's medication when traveling last year and they were responsive and called a prescription to a nearby pharmacy for us.

I went there and stayed there for almost 2 months and everytime I felt bad or sick they wanted me to go to the er even though I wasn’t comfortable with that. I made a lot of friends though. The staff were rude and they only let certain people get away with things. They gave us only 30 minutes of “room time” and that would be after 3 weeks if you behaved perfectly. I never got to use mine because of my roommate. They only gave you 3 “dislikes” which are foods they don’t serve you. If they likes you more they would give you more than 3 dislikes and if they didn’t like you they were strict about you only having 3. Some staff had attitudes with us on some days and then blame it on our behavior. One staff member “Victoria” broke hippa and took a picture of us and said kindergartners behaved better than us. My favorite staff member was Daniel.

I have had such a positive experience with this office and its providers. My mental health has improved so much since starting work with them, and they have many different kinds of therapies that are unconventional, innovative, and so effective. I have especially loved working with Christina Fernandez — she has always been a calming and approachable person during my experience with LGTC Group. She has always been upfront about my treatments, side effects, and insurance coverage. She worked with me to easily schedule appointments for procedures and therapies, and she had a wonderful demeanor. She is fun and easy to talk to. She is definitely a large part of what made my healing journey possible, and what made it enjoyable and approachable. Highly, highly recommend this place and its providers.

I've been seeing Renata Costa here for 4 months now, and have had a beyond exceptional experience! She has been super accommodating with my schedule, and has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and making progress in the right direction. She is very knowledgeable and provides thorough explanation of treatments and what to expect from them. She has also gone out of her way to get me into a promising treatment that I was wanting to try but was having issues make work. I could go on and on, but I will just say that Renata has been very caring and professional in providing help for my conditions and would recommend her to anyone seeking help. Thanks LGTC and Renata for the outstanding service!

I'm writing to provide 5-star feedback for one of LGTC's Medical Assistants, Christina Fernandez. I work in psych clinics all over CA, and Christina is a stand-out. She is smart, organized, thoughtful, and an incredible advocate for patients. She is calm and capable by nature, which undoubtedly makes patients feel cared for and safe. She is a tranquil voice in a chaotic world. This combination of characteristics is so ideal for the setting! Keep up the awesome work, Christina!

Renata Costa has absolutely changed my life! if you are in need of a quality, caring, thorough, understanding psychiatrist, i wholeheartedly recommend Renata Costa. i could not have asked for a better care provider. she is attentive, detailed, sympathetic, and never judgmental. i am always excited to check in w Renata, i never feel anxious about our appointments. shes incredible, 100% recommend.

The 2 issues that are keeping me from giving this group 5 stars is their intake process and answering service. Their intake process was a bit confusing, complicated, and lengthy. I felt like I had to jump through a lot of hoops (different online forms on different systems) then wait a long time to finally get an appointment and get needed treatment for my son's ADHD. First I filled a bunch of online forms. Then I had a lengthy appointment with someone to basically repeat what I put on the forms. Then FINALLY once I passed their screening tests, I got an appointment for a real true psychiatrist to finally get treatment for my son. What happened to the old days where you fill out forms right before the psych appointment? Not all these extra barriers and steps? Then their answering service is horrible. They always sound mean and grumpy like they are bothered. However, once I got in, we were lucky to get assigned our best psychiatrist practitioner TO DATE Renata Costa. She changed my son's medication and it changed his life for the better almost immediately. He's so much more focused in school and is getting better grades. His self-esteem is improving because he's not getting into trouble as much since he's able to control his impulses better. AND his appetite and sleep patterns are finally normal. He had the opposite affect on the previous meds. THANK YOU Renata for being successful with our son!

My recent experience with Ketamine infusion treatment at LGTC Group was positive. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt welcomed and supported by the staff. Christina's expertise and compassionate approach was instrumental in making this a positive and transformative experience. Christina has been my guide through the ketamine process and I’m stoked it turned out that way. She gave me loads of detailed information that made everything very calm and easy. The clinic itself is a great atmosphere and I always have a positive experience. Having tried antidepressants of all kinds, with little success, the ketamine has made a huge difference in my mood and outlook. Literally it gave me hope for the future again.
