Personal training and strength & conditioning fitness programs for adults, teens, and middle school athletes. Kim works with you to design a training program to reach your goals, whether that is to get stronger, leaner, or become a better athlete.
Kim also provides running programs and coaching for new and seasoned runners, and middle school and high school athletes looking to improve pacing, speed, strength and technique. Running coaching is held outside.
