I came in today with issues that bother me due to pain. Instead of helping me figure out what to do they just told me there was nothing that could be done even though through research I know there is things that can be done. Or to come in when I have a flareup when I was literally there due to a flair up. I went in actually happy to be there and left in tears. Im 22 and I have to suffer with these things for the rest of my life? Things that are easily fixable? Im very unhappy with my visit and I wish my employer had blue-cross. Kaiser is lacking in the healthcare industry.

One good thing about Kaiser Campbell is that it’s easier to get in and out than at the some of the larger Kaiser sites. In my experience, the doctors and staff are caring and compassionate. However, I have issues with the way that Kaiser currently runs their Adult and Family Medicine department. (My complaint isn’t directed towards any individual doctor, or even the Campbell site in particular.) The Adult and Family Medicine doctors seem way too busy to care for their patients in a personalized way. Most messages sit for days without a reply and scheduling appointments with my primary care physician (PCP) can take a week or longer. When I am sick and my PCP is unreachable, my best option is to call the advice line and to be seen by whichever physician happens to be available. Doesn’t this defeat the purpose of having a PCP?! From what I can tell, Adult & Family Medicine seems to be a broken system in need of fixing.

I had a Spat of High B.P., high enough to warrant a call to “Advice Nurse” to schedule a non-emergency visit. I gave them #’s, advice nurse thought they were High enough to schedule “soonest available” appointment.Since my Primary Dr. wasn’t available, I saw a Nurse Practitioner (Anna D., @ Campbell facility) she was So detailed in her exam, and friendly to boot, I wish she was an M.D., so I could have her as a Primary Dr.

We went for baby's 4 months regular visit. Dr. Barskey and her team took good care of her. We had a thorough check, despite baby was crying crazily, Dr and her team were very patient and professional in their practice and answering our questions.

Dr. Rasmussen and her medical assistant, Gina, are amazing! I was going through some pretty rough stuff and they both made me feel safe, heard, understood, and validated. They were both very kind and caring during my entire appointment. I recommend Dr. Rasmussen to every one of my friends with Kaiser!

They are terrible if you have a crisis. Their crisis line isn't even running on the weekends. If you change plans, they will not honor your request for medication, and you may go a week before getting your medication filled. They do not have enough service providers, and it will take months before you can get an appointment. Do not switch to Kaiser. Stay with your other options.
