Friendly employees who seem like they genuinely enjoy what they do and take the time to talk to you. I also appreciate that they are always giving out treats and samples for our kitty. They carry local cat grass, the fancy dry food our Siamese requires, and the wet food that has become the only way he will take the medicine we need to give him. In addition, there are great sales and discounts on a regular basis. Thank you, Pet Food Express!!

This place is pretty legit! Everyone who works here is always super helpful and super chill. This one goes out to Sati. She was a little spitfire of an employee and we were straight vibin'. She asked if I was an Ares. I said I was most decidedly not. I am a Gem. She said, oh that makes sense, cuz Gems and Ares mix well. I said, makes sense, cuz we straight vibin', yo. Now, don't get me wrong, cuz I don't GAF about zodiacs and any of that pseudoscience madness, but if it makes people happy and it ain't bothering or hurting anyone, just let them be. Oh my golly! What a concept! So yeah, I got a sweet Leather Dog Leash and one of those training collars with the teeth. Lemme tell ya right now - she doesn't tug when we walk. No, silly, not because she knows the bite! Because she's the sweetest, most well-behaved little angel on this planet. But I do wanna get her a big, fat, spiked Collar, just so that she can look like a mega badass B-)

We love Pet Food Express, especially this location. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and knows how to make us and our furbabies feel welcome. Today we went in for restock on cat food and left with so much more (willingly). They had a sample of a new dog food and our Obi loved it. Jordan came by and was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He even gave us a little sample of a new Nulo Omega oil as well. Every experience is always great, but Jordan went above and beyond. Thank you!

I take my 5 doggies here to get bathe every time. I also buy some of their food here also, they have great quality of food and toys for my doggies. I like that they keep their dog wash station very neat and clean. I would like yo add that they need to service their blow dryer because it needs to come out hot air instead of cold, and some of the spray gun leak when you have it shut off. Other than that this place is nice. And doggies love it!

I took my dog to get a bath: they had towels, soap and even treats but if your dog needs a shampoo brush like mine does you should bring it, also bring a brush for afterwards. There were plenty of sinks/bath stations. The workers were helpful. I purchased puppy food and the associate seemed knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and visit again

Love this place. Love the dog drive thru wash... it's getting a bit pricy though and I have a super hairy dog that never gets dry

Pet Food Express is there when things are great, good, okay, bad, and worse. Tonight, my cat ended up needing a Z collar to keep from grooming himself since he had recently hurt his eyes by aggressively rubbing (post-surgery from being fixed, he overgroomed!). Now, we're back to having him in a collar for a whole other issue. Poor guy! I needed a collar tonight since the problem escalated and I couldn't wait any longer! I was able to call ahead, check if they offered anything in his size, and get information about each. I'm so glad I called ahead because it made my trip easier. Tonight was a bit rainy, but the parking lot is fairly sizeable and it was no trouble finding parking. I was able to head in, find the collar aisle, and compare between a few different products! I was so happy to see they had all kinds of collars in different sizes and prices too. We ended up going with the ZenCollar which is an inflatable one since he already disliked the plastic option provided at the vet. This was a great collar to protect him from his eyes and keep him from overgrooming anywhere else. I also picked up: eye wipes ( since he rubbed his eyes aggressively, so we can keep them clean and prevent any irritation), a shedding comb (to help his anxiety with needing to groom), and a grooming glove (in case the shedding comb bugs him for too long). I'm so glad I was able to get everything I absolutely needed to keep us covered until our vet appointment this Sunday to check him out. Now, he's comfortable, clean, groomed, and resting. I HIGHLY recommend the shedding comb for cats - he's a tabby shorthair, but the shedding comb got a lot of hair that we would've missed! Him not grooming in over a week has been a huge issue with his shedding but this comb helped a lot and he can tolerate it for a while before wanting to play with the comb. The hand glove was also great so he can enjoy pets while removing some fur. Overall, thank you guys for helping us rest easy knowing our darling Bear is going to have less stress and more comfort! The staff here always care and ask about my pets and share some information that's extremely helpful. Having pet lovers at a pet store makes this location awesome.

Did the pickup ordering. I have to say I won't order from this store again. I get asking for ID to protect the customer in order to get your bag off the shelf but don't treat the customer like they did something wrong bc they don't have their ID. I had my phone with the order number, THAT should be good enough.

My boyfriend went to this store when his older chihuahua was having ear pain. It was slightly difficult to find someone for help but once an employee helped it was great. The employee also had an older chihuahua and suggested things based on what he would do for his own pet. He was truthful in his recommendations, noting when he had no personal experience with products but suggesting things based on knowledge and explaining how he would be able to return the product if needed. My boyfriend was very impressed. The cashier was a little ho him but everyone has those days.

Wowser! I've always liked this place, both for shopping and DIY dog baths, but after a total fiasco this evening (capping off what was already a Terrible Tuesday for me), I'm never going back! I always start my AireGirl's bath with option #2--the eucalyptus shampoo, and then soon move on to rinsing that out and using her medicated shampoo for the serious scrubbing. But there wasn't any eucalyptus shampoo coming out of the hose on tub #1. So, the attending staffer moved me to another tub. She tried it first--the shampoo was coming out. But soon after I started, same story--no eucalyptus shampoo, plus the nozzle's "shower" setting wasn't working. For tub #3, I requested the lower-walled one, which had been vacated while we were rotating through the first two failing tubs. The staff had to clean it first so my poor sopping wet AireGirl was shivering as we stood and waited. Well! The staff wouldn't even let us try tub #3--they couldn't get any eucalyptus shampoo out of it either! But they had tub #4 filled with suds of the eucalyptus shampoo, overly filled really. Not a problem though, 'cuz the shampoo soon quit running even in tub #4, which rinsed all those wasted eucalyptus suds down the drain. After reporting and demoing the same problem with tub #4, I gave up on "pre-washing" my dog with eucalyptus shampoo and just moved on to my own medicated shampoo without any further issues. But as I said to one of the managers: Wouldn't it be better to TEST the various options on each tub throughout the day instead of leaving it to customers to find problems? Four tubs for one bath?!?!?

Pet Food Express is a fantastic pet store with probably the best customer service in the world...not to sound dramatic, but I genuinely think that other businesses need to study PFE's customer service model because they've captured something really amazing in their stores. The Campbell location is my favorite store. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient with my unruly puppy. They always remember the names of their dog regulars and give out treats. Gabby deserves special mention because I think my puppy Milo is in love with her. All of PFE's products are high quality and safe, and PFE is a wonderful partner in the community because of all the supplies, space, and labor they donate to local animal rescue groups.

Awesome self serve grooming spot, I Bring my English bulldog here about once a month to give him A bath, smooth every time . Staff is awesome and very helpful . Only reason it's a one star less is the pushy sales pitch to donate for a shelter. Every time it's the same speech. "Filling up the food bank for cats" I get it it's their requirement from the business itself . But sometimes we just want to go in , wash the pup and move on . Not feel awkward when we don't want to give a donation. Yes a lot of people may say "just say no" and move on . But it's the principal behind it.

The best place to get food and treats for your pet. They only carry the best brands and avoid vet faves like Hills and Royal Canine - for good reason. Leave Petco behind and visit this place. My pup is on Just Food for Dogs which is excellent and has helped him lose several pounds!
