We did a bathroom remodel and used J & M for our shower door and mirror. They were responsive and great communicators. They made sure I received a good quality shower glass door. The glass door looks great and the installers were careful and respectful. I highly recommend J&M!

J & M came to my home and repaired a couple doors and Anderson windows. Amazing job! Punctual and super clean. Working like new. Mitch was on time and great. Don't use any other company for your window and door purchase or repair. 10 stars

Needed someone to replace the torn weatherstripping on my Anderson Frenchwood Series 400 patio doors. Checked the Anderson website and J&M Window was listed as an authorized service provider. Called them and described what work I needed done; they quoted over the phone, fully aware of what work needed to be done. They checked stock on the parts and said they're could come out the next morning. The technician arrived promptly in the 1hour time window indicated. He protected the wood floors where the work was performed, replacing the weatherstripping which requires disassembly of the door itself. He even adjusted the glide.My doors now work better than ever. Plus their price was 20% less than the other window and door service I got a quote from. Highly recommended!

We were looking to get all the windows in our house replaced so we went by J&M to check out their windows. The store is nice and has a good selection to look at and they recommended we talk to their number one installer to get measurements and decide how to proceed. So I called him and he sounded very nice and said he would come by on a certain day And for some reason he couldn't come he would definitely call me back.. Well he never came by and he never called back, so I guess that says an awful lot. Big red flag!We're definitely going with another business based on this incident.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Chris, Nancy and especially Mitch. Not only was Mitch able to fix the lock on my sliding patio back door but went a step further to make sure the sliding screen doors were working properly. Mitch biggest job was measuring the windows that needed replacement.With Chris and Mitch's help, they contacted Milgard windows for me to come to replace the windows that needed replacing. So happy for getting this done. Chris, Mitch and Nancy were helpful and respectful. Customer Service is important now a days, and they practice that.

Great, professional installation and service for a new glass shower door with a slightly trickier install (pony door). Moreover, the team just came out 8 months after install to help adjust the door that had drifted out of alignment. Highly recommended.

We were in the market for a glass top to help protect our wood dining room table. Found this company on Google Map and these people know what they are doing. They even told me about the special finish treatment so the edge of the glass matches the legs. Money well spent.

J&M did a great job installing 2 Anderson replacement patio doors, one fixed and one sliding.Mitch, the lead installer, was awesome. We ran into a few issues get the door installed, none of which were issues Mitch created including a misaligned door lock on the bottom, missing "sticks" from the shipment from Anderson and house settlement after over 20 years since the original installation.Mitch didn't miss a beat. He found a way to resolve all issues. On top of that, he and his assistant were both very professional and had great humor throughout the installation.When, the doors were finally installed, Mitch was not quite satisfied as the bottom of the door was very slightly scraping the bottom surface. He removed the door to examine the bottom of the door and tighted some of screws on the bottom. Issue resolved.His persistence for excellence was greatly appreciated.

I can't say enough about the customer service at J & M Windows and Glass. We had a situation where a Marvin slider was not closing, which meant we couldn't alarm the house and everyone in the house was going on vacation! We couldn't leave the house with a door ajar for a week. We called Chris at J & M, and he reached out to Mitch to come take a look at the doors asap. The problem was more extensive than we though, but Mitch managed to take the door apart and put it back together in 2 hours all fixed. Mitch was a joy to work with, and Chris was equally helpful and wonderful. I'd like to give them 10 stars!
