I wouldn't trust Fernando to bring in my mail. Do not, for any reason, believe that this office will do a good job or that it has anything to do with H&R Block. He is a franchise, meaning that this office doesn't answer to corporate, and if there's a problem, corporate has no access to your files. Six months later an agent from a different office had to redo my taxes. This was after I'd been strung along with promises from his assistant, blah blah blah. He was handling my taxes because I'd gotten an extension and my usual HRB person was on vacation. I'd already paid the IRS $300 but he didn't include that credit in my amount owed. So it took months to realize that not only was he not going to figure out why he hadn't put the credit, he wasn't going to return my calls or help me in any way. Corporate couldn't do much either, so they just helped me find a competent agent and start over. He also blamed me when the new agent called him to see what was up, and said "She's all yours" when asked if he wanted assistance to finish the process with me, implying that I was the big problem. I'm not only not a big problem, I often lose out because I'm not assertive enough. Run from this office and don't look back.

Based on Yelp reviews I reached out to Fernando Morales to prepare our family's estate taxes. Left a message with the receptionist on a Tuesday. No call back by Friday (just before the long weekend), so called again that day and got Fernando's voicemail. Asked for an answer on Tuesday as to whether or not he was interested in doing the estate taxes. No reply on the following Tuesday, so I went elsewhere. I was not a past H&R client, but my late-mother was (for decades), and it was her estate I needed to close. Don't bother with these folks.

It was closed when they said it would be open, so now I can't pick up my important tax documents before I leave the state this weekend, because they left the office extra early on a Friday.

Fernando Morales was extremely patient and knowledgable to my unique financial situation. He was prompt in answering any of my questions and I felt like he genuinely cared about helping me. He was very approachable and honest. I will definitely come back to him next year and have already recommended him to friends and family.

Have been using Fernando for several years for taxes. The kids at the front desk have always been very unprofessional. No return calls, not answering the phones (and this is supposed to be a business). They even misplaced my tax information in their filing cabinet one year. This year at 7pm 2 nights before my tax appointment, one of the gals called and said call us back. I figured it was to confirm. I called the next day and they were canceling my appointment. It was rescheduled an hour later same day. Fernando never bothered to show up, call, text...NOTHING. Nobody called to apologize or return my call when I had let them know I was there waiting for Fernando to show up to our scheduled appointment. I stopped by 4 days later and the guy at the desk did nothing but make stupid excuses. He said he texted Fernando, who was in an appointment. I asked to speak with him for a minute. He told the guy, per the guy, that he was too busy to talk to me since he had back to back appointments. I was 20 feet from his office. He couldn't take 30 seconds to come out and apologize or talk to me??? Bad business ethics and super unprofessional. Would NEVER recommend someone with morals like this.
