I am so glad I was referred to John (from someone who has been a client for over 10 years). I took my Acura RDX in for my 100,000 mile maintenance. The price the dealership quoted me was ridiculous - John's quote was less than half. After they went through my car he called to tell me some of the items the dealership said needed to be done could actually wait another 5,000 miles, and in the end I paid less than his quote, and they did a great job! I will be taking both of my kids cars to him now. Great service, great price, and HONEST!!!!!

I've been coming to John and his team for a few years. Every time I've had little headaches with my 2005 Pilot that I don't have time to do for myself or is beyond my field of expertise I go here. John has been at this location for roughly 20 years and knows his stuff. He and his team will go above and beyond for a good quality service that will not require a second mortgage. I would describe automotive services as automotive healthcare. Issues need to be addressed, but they can be addressed in different ways: bandaids, medicine, and even surgery. John and his "medical" team will be frank, direct, and honest about expectations versus reality. If you do things a certain way, expect certain outcomes. He will always try to do things the right way and to the best of his abilities with reasonable expectations from you, the customer, and it all reflects on the outcomes they provide. Which have not caused me any problems, rather long-lasting solutions for my Pilot.

I was told by Honda that my vehicle's break pads needed to be replaced. My friend told me about Honda Acura of Campbell and said John is great, so I decided to take my car here for the service. John looked at the car and was totally honest and let me know the breaks have plenty of life left to them and don't need to be replaced yet. He only charged me for the tire patch I needed, and that was super reasonable. If you're looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic, then choose Honda Acura of Campbell.

Everyone from owner to employees were very friendly from the beginning the end. They were able to properly diagnose a transmission issue on Honda CRV in efficient manner. Saved me time and money on a potentially expensive fix. Nice to have a reliable and friendly mechanic.

I took my 1999 TL to them to have the door locks repaired and the struts and shock absorbers replaced and they are very prompt and did a great job. I have now gone back for some upgrades. Great Job.

We had John perform a pre-purchase inspection on an Acura we were planning on buying. I expected a cursory look and a quick inspection but what I got instead was extremely thorough and saved me from buying a lemon. We dropped off the vehicle with no issues and a few hours later we got a call from John with the news. He was upfront on the phone and when we arrived back he gave a comprehensive look at the vehicle taking it on the lift and pointing out all the issues. While it was bad news he was delivering, I appreciated the upfront and very informative review of all the issues he had with the car. Taking his time and lifting the car back for us to see was quite a high level of customer service I did not expect. Even though I am not a local, John has made me a life long customer and I hope I can use his services again in the future. Some people might have issues with paying for an inspection but the value and money he saved me from buying a lemon was greatly appreciated. If you have any doubts or questions please see and talk to John yourself. Very friendly and great personality!

By far the best service I've ever received! Dropped off my Odyssey on Tuesday evening, picked it up the the very next day. John and his skilled crew replaced the driver's side window motor, regulator and wiring harness in record time. He also took a a sun visor clip off his own Odyssey to replace my broken one. Super friendly, super fast and reasonably priced. Go ahead and take your Honda or Acura there, you'll be glad you did.

This is a great place to have your Acura serviced or repaired. They do excellent work, use quality parts and are very reasonably priced. John, the owner was a certified Honda Dealer tech for a number of years before opening his own shop. Extensive dealership experience at reasonable price what could be better!

John is honest, responsive, caring, succinct, and very good at working on Hondas. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere with a Honda or Acura. I've taken many cars here over the years and have recently referred multiple friends and family who received great service. John will tell you what's urgent and suggest waiting on other maintenance but keep you informed as to your car's needs. There's no grift here and you get no frills expert and direct service and repair. Cannot say enough great things about Honda Acura of Campbell!

Good labor rates and honest communication. I've been to this shop 3 separate times for yearly maintenance, oil changes, and misfires on my 05 TL. Highly recommend if you want to keep your Honda/Acura on the road. Will definitely be going back!
