Don't waste your time trying to donate here. They'll pick and choose what you can give them. The employee working in the back refused about half the items I wanted to donate even though they were in good usable condition and could have gone to a new home.

I will continue to shop at Goodwill, but I will not donate there anymore. The way they handle the merchandise, if it wasn't trash when you brought it in, it is trash by the time they finish with it. Have you looked into those big bins out back? You see books and shoes and china and toys and whatever all tossed in together as if it was rubbish. I've seen the men there rip open the carefully packed boxes I've brought, and upend the contents into the bins like so much garbage.

Good store. But unfortunately, like most Goodwills in this area it is overpriced.PRO:- Good selectionCON:- Over pricedSUMMARY:I hate that I hardly walk out of Goodwills in this area with anything. If you get a chance, get to the North Bay if you love Goodwill. They have much better stores there, cheaper and better selection

this particular store has a very loud staff Talking to each other filling jokes having fun yelling shouting like they're in their own backyard. I find it intimidating too. not a healthy shopping environment for me. I'll give this branch up.

This is THEE goodwill to go to, amazing prices, absolutely PHENOMENAL staff who will bend over backwards to help the customers find a product or deal, an associate I believe her name was Melissa or Melinda ba something, helped me out superbly, found my product, got amazing service, got some extra equipment to boot, got some new shoes some new toys for kids and even a new treadmill, absolutely superb, this goodwill does it right by hiring amazing staff and caring about the customers and being attentive to their needs, I went there awhile ago and I don't shop any other goodwill anymore!

Great and huge Goodwill here. Wonderful place to drop off your items. You can do it very fast because you put the items in big boxes and handle it all yourself. No waiting in lines. You park, carry your items to the large boxes and drop them off. Simple and wonderful. They will not take rugs; so leave those at home. Nice and helpful staff await you. Your cherished donated items will help someone else immensely. Impressive place! Also, the Goodwill store is very large with many terrific items for sale at a hugely discounted price.

Large well organised store. Interestingly, the prices are lower here than other GWs in the area, compared to Palo Alto and Santa Clara. Parking is plentiful and accessible. Dressing rooms available. I was looking for a work backpack, lots of kid backpack options and over the shoulder bags when I was there. Again I was surprised by the volume and variety of new items, lots of electronics chargers and cables, sundry items, and selection of bras.

Never purchase a donated second hand phone from Shop goodwill online auction. They are fencing stolen merchandise and selling it \

The only reason I donate to the goodwill is because I can toss the things I no longer want into a box and drop it off and be on my way. But this location insists that you sort each item into the labeled bins while the employees stand around smoking cigarettes with bad attitudes. This goodwill is known for its horrible employees with nasty attitudes. On Monday, I dropped off a donation, and I refused to sort it. I just put the box down and proceeded to my car. An employee walked up to me and demanded I go back and sort my items. I told him no and got back in my car. As I'm driving away another one comes up to my car and starts harassing me and telling me to never come back finally a women employee starts screaming at me saying she has my license plate number and I can never return to that goodwill. By that point, at least 2 employees are screaming at me while other customers are present. Mind you, I have a dementia patient in my car who was pretty upset about the entire thing. This is my neighborhood goodwill that we go to at least 3 times a week. I have spent so much money at this location. Having customers sort the belongings into labeled containers is a ridiculous policy that I refuse to be a part of. Especially since the employees are nasty and not helpful. A couple of weeks ago, I brought some stuff and asked an employee where to put it, and he gave me attitude and treated me like a idiot for asking for help so this time I didn't even bother. You're going to treat me like that. I'm not doing you any So you guys lost a loyal customer.

One of the smaller stores but I often find good things here. They arrange clothes by size, not color - my gripe about thrift stores. Very friendly staff and lots of parking.

Angry miserable employees. Couldn't park in the lot-we were asked to park in the Taco Bell lot-what?? I found a nice vintage top but it had big holes in the rayon body. I wanted it for the embroidery but they would only discount 10 percent...on an unwearable top that should have been ragged out or sent to the bins. I was also thrilled to have found a Johnny Was sweater for my mom that had a hole in the shoulder...when I got to the register they wouldn't sell it to me because it didn't have a price tag. Some Goodwill locations have fixed prices for clothing items and this store didn't have a boutique or anything so I found it VERY LAME that they couldn't just give me a price on it and sell it to me anyway. Especially since it was also damaged and probably should have been routed to the outlet or ragged out as well. Overall impression today was no bueno.

Great staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful ??. Everything was nicely organized in the store. The store manager went above and beyond to help us with our shopping experience. They were so patient with us and also helped us load furniture into our vehicle. My sister and I were truly grateful ?
