“Im more rating the employees here than the establishment. The people that work here are absolutely awesome, good, hard working individuals. In regards to the business itself, I'm not a huge fan of the new pumps, and high prices. I get my fuel at Costco ;-)”
“Pros- Competitive gas price- Good selection food. Love the Krispy Krunchy Chicken they have inside their shop.Cons- Sometimes, the line can be long... for the chicken. (Note: Gas station lines were okay). On a similar note, sometimes, the customers waiting for the chicken are parked at the random spots and sometimes block gas and/or hydrogen stations. More of the issue of the customers rather than the owner”

What more can you say.Gets busy because their price is usually the lowest in Campbell/West San Jose.Little quickie mart inside with the basics.Only annoying thing is you just want to pay for your gas and go and some schmo ahead is buying quick pics and lottery tickets and can't make up their mind. (Mini rant over :)”

“I used to go to a gas station on Camden because they had the lowest price for gas in my area. The customer service there leaves a lot to be desired. A LOT! North Star is closer to my home and the prices are very good. And their customer service is perfect. They’re friendly and helpful. Customer service is something that has been falling lower on the list of priorities at most businesses in recent years. Good customer service is something that, I personally believe is crucial to every business. It’s the reason I’ll continue to use North Star as my regular gas station.”

“It's clean and it's huge Amd the pimps work faster than most places! And the tetraline adds mileage by cleaning out your fuel injection which makes up for the extra price per gallon! Go here , use Chevron. Buy their stock”
“I guess I went to the station in a good day because I've had the opposite experience as all the bad reviews. The guy in the convenience store was super friendly. I needed help changing my headlight bulb and was introduced to the guy working in the repair shop. There were many cars there and he still helped me with it with a smile and a great attitude. He didn't charge me for it either. I would definitely bring my car back there for servicing.”
