Disappointing Customer service .
Price 40% higher than other companies staff absolutely unfriendly and return policy so bad that you end up keeping the equipment.
You get robbed if you want to return purchase was made by mistake.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The line was extensive and the wait while I was there 25 minutes. 3 people waiting in line ahead of me left without being helped.
Noticed their city accounts were immediately attended to while individuals were left to wait.
If time is money for you I suggest going else where.

Two times the service department told myself and my friend that our garden equipment could not be repaired and we should purchase new machinery. The first time I took an expensive rototiller to another mechanic and he tuned it up for $75 and in ran perfectly. The next time my friend gave me a Sthil leaf blower that wasn't running and Gardenland service told them it wasn't worth repairing so my friend gave it to me. I worked on the carburetor for a few minutes and now it works great . I would not recommend the service department at Gardenland, however the sales department is knowledgeable and helpful.

Gardenland employees and management – Thank you for what you do!
I recently stopped at Gardenland to purchase parts for a rare carburetor. The parts were not available. Brian gave me his email and asked me to send him additional photos and information about the engine needing the parts. Brian methodically followed-up through several emails until he found multiple options for purchasing the parts. The customer service at Gardenland is what sets them apart from all the rest. I have shopped at Gardenland for 25 years and employees like Brian and his attitude toward helping the customer is what makes me want to shop there again and again.

A really bad service. I called and the lady kept saying let me out you on hold when it would ring. After an hour of her doing this I finally got ahold of Able who was very helpful. I sent him a picture of the part I needed. He told me to call back when I was done and to ask for him. I called back less than two minutes later and the person that answered the phone said he’s on lunch which I knew was not actually true. He said he would go find him and the phone just rang and rang and rang until it hung up. I never get the help or the part due to unbelievably bad service. Gardenland never was this bad in the past.

Great store to get whatever parts you need for your garden equipment, great service by employees and good talks. Would leave 5 stars but after doing business here for 4 years or more, I always realized the owner or store manager whoever he was always had an attitude with people but mainly employee. Really dont think employees should be talked to like they're kids. I had several encounters that would back this claim up also, other than that great supplier a bit pricey but they get the job donez

I brought in my electric lawnmower for some work today. The team was very knowledgeable, friendly and did the work on the spot. This is now my go to place for power equipment. Couldn't be more pleased.

Today my husband took our rototiller to Gardenland to repair a broken gear shift mechanism. They took a quick look and said it's just a broken drive pin. should be a quick fix. So the technician had a variety of different drive pins but non of them fit. He took one that was a little too big, went into his shop and milled it down. The fabricated pin fit perfectly. The technician said he needed to change the oil, spark plug, and filter on the tiller. The oil change was free because we had purchased it there 5 years ago. the spark plug was $6.29 and the filter $6.25. So an hour after my husband showed up at Gardenland, he left with a working rototiller with fresh oil, and a new spark plug & air filter. This is the first time in my husbands life that he has received WORLD CLASS SERVICE on anything that he has ever owned!
