Need more checkers. Waited 14 minutes at the self check out line. The line moved very slowly. The paint department was knowledgeable and patient.

Everything is locked in cages. When you try to find someone to help there isn't a soul in sight. It's impossible to shop at HD. Just go to Ace Hardware. Workers actually come up to you and ask if you need help.

Today I discovered that the best time to make returns is early in the morning, but the parking lot is very crowded with trucks. The staff is always friendly, except for the cashier who overcharged me today. She was not very humorous and looked unhappy. Apart from that, I have never had any issues here. I often visit and browse, but rarely buy anything. I once got a Christmas tree from the floor for only $20 and it was nice. This is a typical HD store, busy in the morning with people getting their supplies for the day.

I came here to find some new electrical things I needed for my home and when looking around, I found unbeatable prices for their faucets at this location, which was absolutely insane for how cheap they were, and it had the new modern contemporary look, which is hard to come across when you find them. They are usually expensive, the employees will ask me if I needed help as! Which was awesome!

This used to be my favorite store but not anymore. They now have A LOT of items locked in cages. The last time I went there I gave up and went home and bought what I needed on Amazon

This location is really clean and friendly. I never feel intimidated at this location compared to others, and when asking for guidance or help, you aren't patronized either. Everyone at this location wants you to succeed in finding the next best project or equipment for making your vision come true. We met with Josh and asked for advice on flooring in a garage and he showed us multiple options from epoxies to rubber flooring. He gave us advice based on each and made himself available to show us the place directly! I really appreciated it. I've come here for lightbulbs, boxes, tape, garden, wood, carpet swatches - and so much more. Every experience is consistent, friendly but not overbearing, and you can easily find someone to help you if you need it. I've had great recommendations for carpeting installations and using epoxy from associates and customers alike. There is a unique community at Home Depot that I've never experienced elsewhere, but it's really something special at this location. Definitely a place for all seasons, all of my flowers were purchased here and now we're onto Christmas lights and decor. They always have such pretty displays, and I hope whoever is in charge sees this and knows how everyone admires them in store.

Overall I have had very good experiences at this Home Depot, as a new home owner you kind of just find yourself browsing things you didn't know you needed to fix. However my last experience was extremely unpleasant in the self checkout line, I normally keep myself clean and tidy but with the cold weather I opted for no makeup sweats and a sweatshirt to go to Home Depot for my needs... there was a long line backed up to the drills with people needing self checkout- I was next in line when my cart got grabbed by Johanna and pulled over to the self check out- while waiting in this line she did not scan anyone else's items in their carts for them. As she pulled my cart over to the check out she immediately started scanning my items which again no one else received scanning assistance as well as I've never had anyone scan my items the whole 4 years I've been purchasing at this location. She urged me to show my verification of payment even though my wallet was sitting in the cart. Cash or card cash or card? Well that would depend on the total Johanna.. her demeanor and the way she grabbed my cart and addressed me was extremely unsettling and considering no one else's items were being scanned at checkout made me feel like I was being profiled because I went to Home Depot on a Sunday to get what I needed for my home looking like a bum. Worst experience and will not come back after 4 years of very helpful people. Thank you for reading this- I do have a credit card with this company which I used at check out

Decent store, decent and helpful service. Just your standard Home Depot, very similar to others There's plenty of parking but also there's parking in the back. If you're there for the plants or gardening then park in the back. There's always a small line to pay for your things at the self service register but it goes fast. Also I really like the deli in front, they play good music and the food has always been delicious! I love the location. The streets around can get a bit busy but not too bad.

I have ordered many items including blinds to Home Depot in the past. But this time, it is a disaster. Home Depot East Palo Alto, I ordered blinds for two windows and the staff (Linda and Cheryl) are so imcompetent and wasted my time. If I had not already paid for the measurements, I would not have ordered blind to them. They told me the blinds will come in 5-7 days, now it is more than twe weeks (If they come). I already paid for the installer, now Linda tells me that I have to pickup the blind at the store which she never told me when she took the order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH E. Palo Alto Home Depot. I have spent so many hours in the store and on the phone and still do not know if my blinds will come all together and installer will have all of them to install or not. These poeple do not have any sense of customer service and do not hesitate to waster customer's time. I even called 800 number and again waste of time. I spoke to a manager and again waste of time. It is regretable as I never had issues with my orders with Home Depot in the past but this experience stop me of doing business with Home Depot anymore.

Vanessa who works in retirns made my husband very happy with her customer service. She had a customer, in front of him, that was giving her a hard time. She kept her composure.

This review is only for curbside pickup. It is the worst. Most times I have to go inside the store to get it because no one ever comes out with my order or answers the phone when I called to see what's going on.

Connor, my man. I had been on hold for over an hour trying to call different locations trying to get a hold of a appliance specialist to answer a question I had about the refrigerator water line hook up and either no one would answer, they kept transferring me, or they hung up on me until Connor. He actually answers the phone when someone calls, is knowledgeable, and answered my question. I appreciate him and you, Home Depot, should think about giving him a raise, since he is the only person in the 4 different stores that I called who is actually doing his job in regards to customer service. Thanks Connor.
