The owner Ross, is extremely great. He will let you know what wrong with it, what can be changed, and he would make suggestion what else you need to change, but it is all up to you make the decision. He tried to change the parts as minimal as possible. Last time, my battery died after overnight raining. I thought I need to change the battery. Russ examined the battery first and it seemed to be Okay. The battery died not because of battery life and not because of water leaking. He suggested me not to change the battery but keep eye on it. Three months has been passed, so far so good. He helped me save a few hundred.Services: Transmission

Ross and his crew are awesome. Fully took care of my GLK that I bought with high mileage and I’m pretty rough shape. Now at 137k it drives like new, and I have no worries taking it on trips.Their diagnostics, timing, and price were all really good, not a bad thing to say! This is a great Indy shop that I’ll definitely head back to if I need more work done.

Outstanding work on my 2017 Ram Promaster van transmission by these guys. John took on this big job of a rebuild as there was back order of 41 transmissions nationwide. Not only did rebuild but made sure all ancillary parts to transmission were replaced at same time. Thanks Frank's! Thanks John !

This place is AWESOME!!!!Please note they have changed their name to Mercedes of Los GatosThey just replaced my front brakes (pads and rotors) on my 2010 E550. John did a wonderful job and in a super timely manner!Plus they saved me quite a bit of coin when compared to the dealership!!!These guys are super honest too!!I told John that the dealer wanted me to change my motor mounts and I asked him to look into it.Now here was a perfect opportunity for them to make extra money, but John took the car for a test drive and said "your motor mounts are just fine, they don't need replacing". He then went on to explain how the mounts are constructed in Mercedes and why there might be issues. He said they may eventually need replacing if they leak, but for now they are good.This is definitely not what I heard at the dealership. When I had left the dealership, I was ready to sell the car! But after talking with John, I had a complete change of mind about this car. He said this car should run for miles and miles. I HIGHLY recommend this place to get your car worked on here!!I will definitely be returning here to Mercedes of Los Gatos whenever my car needs work to be done!

John and Ross are awesome. John has been servicing my C63 since the day I bought it. Friendly service and great value go a long way here. I do think the name changed to Mercedes of Los Gatos so check for that name now.

I needed to change oil and filter urgently before a long trip, and these guys agreed over the phone to take my car. I was in a hurry and asked about the price only at the last moment; the guy muttered what I heard as "fourty or fourty-five dollars" which sounded very reasonable. The work was done very quickly, but when I saw the bill, my eyes popped: $134.64! Just for oil and filter change! The same guy claimed that this is the number he quoted before. I didn't have time to argue, but I won't go there anymore.
