Day to be delivered got email saying I had to pay. Hum got confirmation number, PayPal receipt, so thought it was scam, called, sent email No response. They or should I say he and I ask his name he said it was daniel he was rude. I wanted to make order and then ask about the coupon code he said I was lying and didn't know what I am talking about I ask if I could place order via phone because I am having problems on the web site and he hung up wait after I said can I please speak to a different person and he said he is the only one there the day before the 4th july why would that matter?? WE ordered 8 LED Jump ropes for a light up talent show routine and 4 did not work. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY from this company. I tried calling the company in CA to re-buy, not even looking for a refund but they could not even take an order over the phone. They said I had to order over through their website but their website was down. I literally could not pay them for their product.
