When my insurance Company told me that fix Auto is number one service in within Campbell area and after researching with people who had work done in the past gave me hope that I would be in good hands . And they are right. The crew is awesome and very Quick . Great job to everyone

Took my car here 2 years ago after hit and run because they’re partnered with GEICO. Still kicking myself for not listening to the reviews. Car had to be worked on twice after they initially tried to complete work due to paint and fitment issues. Paint job was awful, had bubbles and drips in the paint, they had to redo it TWICE. FYI they paint materials outdoors. Now today, my hood, fender, front bumper all have fitment issues from the cheap aftermarket parts they used AND paint job is chipping off (only on areas they painted). Having another shop complete the work and get new parts. This place shouldn’t be in business anymore. Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else.

The shop was recommended by Farmer's Insurance.SUMMARY-10/12/23 visited the shop and requested an estimate for the repairs. I was informed they would send the estimate (EM) w/in a week.-11/1 contacted office and was informed the estimate would arrive w/in two days.-11/7 contacted the office and was informed the person supporting the claim was no longer with the company. Estimate to arrive w/in two days.- 11/24 called 2X and was forwarded to VM - requested the estimate on 11/27. No response.After wasting 6+ weeks, time to look for another shop.

Best repair shop in the Bay Area. Friendly, professional, reliable service. I’ve had two vehicles repaired here within the last few months and they did an amazing job on both. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Accidentally did some damage to my car side mirror wing after clumsily backing into a parking parking garage brick column. Called a few places for quotes online. Decided to check this place out since they have so many good reviews. But this particular place told me they don’t give quotes without looking at my car in person. The girl over the phone said it’ll only take 15 minutes so I scheduled an appointment.So I drove there thinking I’ll get quote same day. But all they did was have front desk girl take pictures and tell me I’ll get a quote in 3 business days. Then silence. No one contacted me after; such a waste of time. I decided to just replace the mirror myself ordering the parts online and following YouTube video. Took me 30 minutes to fix my own car, the total drive time to get to this shop and back home.

This is a very shady business. Took my car for an estimate on repairs covered by an insurance company. They refuse to give out the estimate, instead referring to the insurance company. Clearly trying to scam.

Fix Auto Campbell were polite, responsive, and fast. They detailed my car after repairing the dents, so that my 10-yr-old car looks brand new. I highly recommend them.

I'm the fool who selected this small struggling local business over the dealer so you don't have to. They won't keep you updated, the'll promise to call back but will never do, they are incompetent.I got an eta of 20 days. It took them 54, they blame it to parts in backorder, yet never revealed what parts specifically despise me insisting to know. They also refused to put the car together for me to drive until the part arrive, alleged that the part is essential and the car won't be safe to drive (although the car was perfectly safe to drive before they start). They also reported that the technician responsible for the assemble have quit. Finally after 54 days they were able to put it back with missing chrome molding that required another appointment couple of weeks later.Later on I discovered a problem in the window that took 3 hours to get fixed in the same day they installed the chrome trim. Also discovered another issue with the tailgate assembly, but I'd rather to leave it loose over stepping a foot in this miserable place again.

My car has been repaired very well and the service is also very good. The damaged area of the car is now the same as the new one, and there is also a dedicated person to transport it to the rental location. Therefore, I recommend this repair shop and you can rest assured of repairing your car.

Unfortunately, on four occasions I had to use Fix Auto to repair my auto-body damage. They are always fast and explain in detail what to expect as well as your options. I find them to be not only professional and know their stuff, but highly personable as well. I have great respect for Daryl the owner. He is honorable and a man of integrity. You can totally trust them to do the right thing. I have for four times not. Once was good, twice, a nice coincidence, three or more times is a pattern. Fix Auto has a pattern of quality results in my book.
