Terrible . I just wanted to print out one paper and they said I had to email them the page and I would receive a code to print it out myself ( I never received the code ) the guy said I needed to go outside to get reception because their reception isn’t so good inside .
Really ? All I needed was to print out 1 paper. It’s not the guys fault but this non customer service layout they have where they want us to do it ourselves takes way longer and I never even received that code even after emailing it to them twice. Ok going back to UPS where they are always so helpful .

Francis, the assistant manager along with all the employees working at this location are very rude & unprofessional. Nobody greets you or attends to your needs & they all hide behind a computer way in the back instead of being up at the counter attending customers. This happens every single time we come to this establishment which is why I try avoiding this location at all costs. Not sure who runs this place but this place is 100% trash along with all the employees poor work ethic & professionalism.

I just had the BEST experience at FedEx. Pablo helped me today print out a Vday custom card I made and it as easy and quick. Very courteous and I really appreciated his customer service.

At the end of January, I sent 2 gifts to my family in Canada. For some reason, one gift did not arrive in time. Today, I went to the Fedex office at 10 E suit 500 Hamilton Ave, Campbell, CA 95008 (corner of Winchester Blvd and Hamilton Ave). I was greeted by a staff named Pablos who listened to my problem, helped me find out the reason and gave me detailed instructions. I am very grateful for Pablos' service attitude. I will always use Fedex service as well as the service spirit of the staff here.Thank you so muche

Very rude and unfriendly staff. I've been here multiple times and they often act like they are doing a favor to help you. They give you short answers and letting you wait forever. Today one of them got so annoyed when I asked him if he received my email. He told me if I have Verizon I have to go outside and get connection - in a very rude way. I will never go to this store again even though it's very close to my house.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could! The staff was the most unhelpful workers I've ever encountered. They over charge for every single thing, even taping your box shut or one piece of shipping paper. I decided to take my business elsewhere and was helped out by the FedEx on the Alameda and they were AMAZING and so helpful plus didn't over charge me for the tiny amount of supplies I needed to ship the parcel. I also went to the Post Office for a different return and they were 10x more helpful than the staff at this FedEx, including giving a free box and tape to assemble it. I am so disappointed in the experience I had here! I'll never be back.

This is by far the best FedEx location I’ve ever visited! Alfred was exceptional—he expedited my request to print 250 flyers, and I was out in less than 15 minutes. He made it happen seamlessly, even during the holiday rush when the store was incredibly busy. Thank you, Alfred!
