Wish I can give ZERO stars. Don’t go here. Staff not willing to help. I waited for 5 minutes and no one helped me so I left..why have a FedEx in your store when there is no one there?

I found the lady at the counter to be a bit rude before she waited on me. If the FedEx drop does accept non package items, ie. ATT cable gear, they should post it online and at the counter. I waited 20+ mins just to bd turned away eith dome rude comments.
